Swords, knives, axes, chain mail, helmets, armor, spears, scythes, greaves, keyblades, and anything else I'm missing can be shown off here! Whether they're store made, handmade, cosplay, historical replicas, battle ready, or fictional replicas. Paging @Twin Lambo fan and @Thingfromthevoid to this one. I don't have many, but here's one of mine to start off with.
That’s the saw tool...I’ve used it to cut down small trees. I’m convinced it could go through the average person’s ankle in less than a minute if you really tried. Damn fine tool!
Being in the UK really limits the old “Self defence” weaponry. It’s not really readily available unless you have connections. There are a few websites with UK stock of more tactical stuff. I was always a bit of a weapon nutter. My Dad was heavily into similar stuff so I guess it rubbed off on me but most of the stuff I have is in long term storage till I get a house big enough for my various boxes of stuff. Anyway I just have the “essentials” in the current house. (You can have it in a house but not outside.) So Cold Steel stuff was one of the brands I could get. It’s not the best but their stuff is very durable and sharp, just not the best balanced stuff but it’s just as well I’m fairly large so them being heavier isn’t too much of a problem but in general you’d want a more nimble weapon. The bat and Escrima sticks are a high-impact polypropylene that is supposedly almost indestructible to usual damage, but again heavy. As I said I have more but most of it is less practical like Nunchucks, three section staff, fighting chain and so on.
This is only half the stuff I have laying around in my room lol. Rest of my pocket knives/fixed blade knives are in storage. Some of the items pictured were gifts from close friends when they went to vacation. Cheers!
Opponent: En guarde! ScowlyProwl: I can destroy a man with a single word! A bananarang is an underrated and mighty weapon indeed. Nice!
