My fiance and I got engaged last October. Since then it has been a real hassle to find a spot for our wedding because we're not religious people and having the ceremony in a church just feels uncomfortable for us, we're funding the entire event ourselves so we needed something as inexpensive as possible, and we wanted to try and find something close to make it as convenient for our guests as possible as only her mother and siblings would have to travel from out of state. My fiance found a listing for a cabin out in the country last week and this is what we saw when we went to check it out: It's absolutely beautiful and it should only cost a little over $100 per night for the rental! We plan on keeping it for at least 3 nights, and even at that price we'll be spending thousands less than most places we've looked at wanted to charge us! The cabin is only 30 minutes away from our house and shouldn't be much more than an hour drive for most of our guests! As any of you that have tried to put a wedding together knows, you can't really put any of your plans together until you've got the venue locked down so this is going to take a lot of stress off of the both of us! I know most of you probably won't care, but I just wanted to share this with someone outside of the immediate family!
