it's hasbro, bro. they made 10+ movie bumblebees.
I want everyone....BUT NO MORE BUMBLEBEE!
If we do get a Cliff figure, you just know every other radicon is going to do that mod.
I actually really want a good figure of this Bumblebee. I like his overall design a lot more then the movie version. And I liked the movie version.
And of course Ratchet. I want a Voyager of this Ratchet right now.
If they can pull off Bulkhead, Ratchet and Starscream fairly close to their animation models, I'll be all good. Mostly Bulkhead and Ratchet. Absolutely LOVE those designs.
I'll admit it, I'm a little worried about Bulkhead's figure. I really like his design, but his chest does feel a tad cheaty. I really hope they can pull something off that looks as close as they realistically can get to his screen model.
After Animated, I've learned not to doubt the engineering genius of Hasbro.
So what do you think of having a late toy support for the show? I don't remember Animated being this late.
Wait, we're getting toys? That's so unexpected.
Megatron had best look as batshit insane as he does in the show.
After watching Prime tonight, all I want is Cliffjumper, Starscream, Megatron, Bumblebee and Ratchet and I'll be very happy.
I can't wait for cliff!
i know! if i saw the cartoon before the toys, i never would have believed it could happen, but Animated were spot-on! and amazing.
I wouldn't care about show accurate toys. There are no designs I like enough on the show to want a toy of them.
Starscream and Prime toys now please. ^^
Animated toys didn't come out until the first 26 episodes had aired.
They were supposed to come out at same time as series but got bumped due to movie1 toys.
It's one of hasbro's failings.
They've forgotten one of the basic tenants of toy sales.
''The series sells the toys and the toys sell the series''
That's how i started 25 yrs ago.
Bought a couple of figs, found the series, then went and got the rest of the figs.
The 'prime' toys need to be out now, not next fall, to be successful.
Introducing the prime toys in the middle of the TF3 movie line won't work.
With a small show cast, hasbro could have released a line before TF3, and continued it after the movie line.
Movie toys shoved animated toys out of the way.
I doubt prime will get respected any better.
well, no toys will kill the cartoon. I personally believe that the TFA would still be going strong if the toys were out right away. i missed most of the first season because i was unaware because no toys to tell me to watch it.
We will see as time goes along.... BUT, I have made my mind up, I will be getting most of the toys for sure....
On the bright side I liked the Eradicons a lot more than I was expecting to so there isn't anyone left on the robot cast so far that I don't want an action figure of.
On the paranoid side now I'm starting to worry we will not get a Cliffjumper figure since Hasbro could claim he didn't have enough time the series to get a figure.
I know, that thought crossed my mind as well.
Then again, Sideways did get a toy in the ROTF line.
As long as an Eradicon is made, I'll be a happy camper!
