Just read an article about it. It'll be its own thing still. So now we get DC shows on both separate app. DC Universe is getting new shows in 2020. So to get all DC you gotta have both subs.
Yeah, that sucks. They really ought to shutter DC Universe, and roll the whole thing into HBO MAX (including all of the actual comics).
I wouldn't be surprised if it does eventually considering that DC Universe is kind of on life support based on a couple articles I've read.
The thing that sets DC Universe apart from this is the fact that it also has comics on it in addition to the shows and movies. Like Marvel Unlimited.
Right, and when I had DC Universe, it was the comics library that impressed me the most. If there was a way to include that, and fold the rest of it into the HBO MAX app, that would be ideal. Or even if the comics section was a separate app, but was free to HBO MAX subscribers -- that would be great.

Both are terrible ideas. The last Ocean’s reboot they did was a flop, and star power just doesn’t work anymore. I love the original Police Academy because of the characters and the actors. It’s not the same once you start replacing everyone; which is a problem that a lot of the sequels had; aside from not being as funny.
