Have any of you played with me yet? I am usually Bumblebee, XBOX ID Misteripro...I can't tell you how many times I am spending points on overshields for others, buying them grenades, opening doors, etc...

I have to give you guys credit for hanging in there for so long. I have a feeling that I would have peaced out about half-way through that if it were me, although part of me would have wanted to have seen how far I could keep going.

I took this snapshot from my cell phone during Wave 56 and my console crashed during Wave 59 in Broken Hope (killscreen_, kevwoo, killertw).

We discovered that it was not all that difficult after Wave 20. It was more of a test of endurance. We also discovered that the waves were completed much faster if we focused on taking out the Titans and Brutes. The spawning of all grunts is related to the appearance of Brutes and Titans.

Just last week I made it to Wave 40 (before I had to go run errands and kicked everyone out) in District in a public match with some good players (earlcc, itskarl10, and cyberhero18). I took a photo from my phone again during Wave 37.. There was no way we were ever going to die and I really had to run some important errands so I was pretty bummed out that I wasn't able to push my limits since the day before we tried so hard with some friends and couldn't get past the 10th wave on the same map. LOL

Basically, we had Ammo Beacon (Demolisher/Zeta) and everyone was equipped with Scrapmakers. The Ammo Beacon guy kept the Healing Ray and two of us kept healing grenades to keep him alive should he go down. In my opinion, the Ammo Beacon and Healing Ray were top priority in terms of defense and movement. We all moved together or remained together or in groups of two. The rest of us all kept Magma Frag Launchers or Neutron Assault Rifles and we wiped the floor with enemies. It was embarrassingly easy as long as we didn't get any hero's running into the courtyard foolishly. We also always scouted carefully and left 1 single enemy while we resupplied before the start of the next wave if necessary.

The strategies behind Broken Hope are to open the Bridge at or around Wave 15 to work on Demolishers and leave the door on the far side where the ammo station and energon battle pistol are closed. If you don't go near the portal at the far end it won't spawn enemies. Work the bridge between the Ammo and Overshield stations, the open area where the Bridge will be destroyed, the stairs and that area on the first floor where the Ammo station is.. Anything outside of that is subject to whatever is currently going on... occasionally someone will go get healing grenades or something during a wave but that's understandable so long as your Overshielded on the way there its a quick job.

In District, you want to make it to the medic room at the far left corner and take cover in the room on the left side when you enter. There are two pillars to take cover behind and not one single enemy will enter that room with the exception of Brutes who just walk right on in and get knocked the hell out just as quickly as they enter. The Ammo Beacon will keep you from going out for Ammo and if the other 3 are all cloaked you should have no problem getting an Overshield or using the Health Stations without getting hurt. Eventually, we opened the 2500pt room and kept healing grenades at which point we were invincible. It helped that everyone on my team were great players and 3 out of 4 of us always had mics to communicate our observations.

Now, we're working on Remnant which is damn near impossible but I think we'll get it right soon. I would like to get far without having to leave the darn map since that defeats the purpose.

If I am not mistaken muffinman plays on the PC so if you're in the PSN as your siggy suggests it's highly unlikely for you to cross paths with him unless he recently picked up a PS3 or you're a PC gamer.

Either that he also has it for the PS3 or it could be someone else with the same gamer name on PSN.

Nope, i play on the PC. Were currently working on the .ini file to give us new characters, but after we get it all worked out, were going to try to do a wave 75 run. Of course finding the 8+ hour time frame, that we can do it in, is the hardest part.

Oh. I must have mistaken you with someone that had a similar name.
