No, but it does for Wipe Out.
I know you excited Hasbro, but the first line of Siege cards aren't even out yet. At least give me and retailers some time before you drop a whole other series!
Hmmm.... looks like I'm going to want to run some Ancient Wisdom and Unleash Potential so I can play more than 1 Relentless Invasion per deck
Unfortunately it does not...
Yeah, that sounds like a plan. I also think it is a very powerful card.
New Windcharger, Tailgate?
i now kinda want a \"wipeout\" to go with fulltilt an brunt for my trypy display LOL
The grill is very similar to PotP Windcharger/Outback and that head looks like Outback.
Maybe you could have a Selects entry that’s redeco’d Outback with Nightstick for $20?
That feels a bit light.
Maybe a $30 “Voyager” equivalent pack of Wipeout, Nightstick, Rumble, and Buzzsaw.
The Ab details don't match also the car mode is different, I'm thinking a small deluxe....just like the likely Siege Bumblebee
He seriously is just a purple Tailgate.
You’re probably right but that may be the most pointless re-do ever considering how good PotP Windcharger is.
Maybe we can get some extra articulation.
I feel like we might be headed for a line that pairs figures that are slightly bigger than Legends with Battlemasters or accessories as a Deluxe.
First clue was stuff like Magnus and Shockwave. Second was Bumblebee apparently needing add-on wings for his vehicle mode in IDW. Third was redefining Windblade as Legends class in IDW’s reboot, which only makes sense if a Legends class is getting extra love soon. Fourth was including an Insecticon in a poll of what would otherwise be deluxes. This would potentially be the fifth clue. Maybe Wipeout comes with radar dishes for Trypticon that he can also mount.
I’m thinking the new “Weaponizer” type figure for WFC2 will be Legends figures with armor/accessories other figures can use as a Deluxe. Kind of a “half-Weaponizer”. The main figure is Legends size but has breakaway Weaponizer pieces which total out to the mass of a Deluxe.
I'm really hoping these are small deluxes. I can't live without the ankle tilt.
our only possible hint is this card... and this card seems to point to Deluxe size
If Trypticon has 24 stars and Relentless Invasion is a star battle card, doesn't that mean you can only have one if you are playing by the default 25 star limit?
Yes. However, playing Unleashed Potential (after playing an Ancient Wisdom) lets you grab a star card from outside your deck (as long as you legally posses one) post game start.
"Wipe-Out was a comic-only character whose appearance was based on Tailgate's toy—not his character model, his actual toy, featuring chest details the character model did not. Artist Don Perlin has said that he was given toys from Hasbro since many of the Transformers' character models lacked art of their backs. Presumably, a gifted Tailgate toy was part of how this made-up little dude was born."

I don't... super love it. Seems like a card that won't get a ton of use in the current meta, unless things slow down to allow you to really get that deck cycle. But Safeguard seems like a cool ability to have on a turn 1 attacker!
Please WFC Hot Rod toy.
Bby I'll show you my "private Hot Rod"...
If he does get a new toy I really hope it isn't a retool of Sideswipe. Chest is way too wide for HR/vehicle mode shape isn't him at all either.
Safeguard is a nice touch but like you said, I see little to no use for him outside of that unless you can cycle through a deck fast enough to get the built in Brainstorm.
