Only thing relevant really was that Ross/TJ Maxx/Marshalls started getting RTS Legends-Voyagers for a very limited time.

Other than that, Vice Grip showed us that not all kids are punks when some teens returned his wallet, people didn't see anything special as far as reveals at Botcon (or atleast not Generations related), us unemployed are still unemployed, meetup this Saturday, and boardies seem to really like Ryan Reynolds running around in a green spandex suit.

Edit: Perith had a baby, and Kusanagi had a birthday. I may also have had a birthday, but I don't count them anymore.

Bugs. I try to spend time in my garage trying to get some custom work done (while listening to the Mariners games on the radio), and the damned mosquitos keep finding their way to me.

Maybe I should get back down there while I've still got an hour's worth of sunlight.

Just got back from Green Lantern. I'd had some doubts, but comments here helped sooth them, and good thing! It was fantastic. I saw it in 3D, and I recommend it. The CG Lantern uniforms can look a bit iffy in places, but the 3D makes them really work. There's a depth to them that just doesn't translate very well to a 2D image. I did some "wink tests" while watching to see the difference, and it was really notable. Heck, most everything I'd been having issues with in pictures and trailers somehow seemed ok in the final product. I definitely give it my recommendation.

(Oh, and Kent Target has nothing worth mentioning. I wish they'd included those last few Generations figures on the shelves in the current sale.)

I have been there a couple of times and I think I bought one thing. Most of the prices are very high. I know he doesn't like it if you don't buy something. I have sent some other people over to his shop and they spent a few hundred dollars there. I don't think he understands the about future sales.

I've been doing business with Amazing Heroes for years, and I'd highly recommend him. The prices on the stuff I've gotten from him (G1/Alternators/Classics-style figs) are within ballpark, both on eBay and local. If you want a preview of a fraction of his stuff just check him on eBay (I think his name there is just amazing_heroes) to see if the trip is worth your time.

Very true, but still better than the other dealers in the area (excluding Lynne obviously).

Compared to who? Sean at Bobakahn? I've gotten better service and atmosphere there than at Tysons shop. Besides Tyson was a prick at ECCC this year. He had a bunch of TF's in totes under his table I asked to see them (to buy) and his reply was "those are expensive i'm not bringing those out". Well fuck you buddy! Thanks for saving me my money I guess! Even better was when he started blackballing buyers from his table because they started comparing his prices to ebay.

Oh yeah, you want to get Tysons goat really good? Start talking about buying knock-off TF's. Oh that will get him into all sorts of rage and how you should ever be so pissed too!

Tyson: WHY BUY CHEAP PRICE KO's WITH DECENT QUALITY WHEN YOU CAN BUY MY ORIGINAL FOR ASSRAPING BUCKS?!?! IT DEVALUES YOUR TOYS! INVEST IN TOYS LIKE ME!
