Today for the first time for me when I healed a guy low on health I was rewarded with 15 xp called "On the Brink of Death". This hasn't happed to me before.
No it's not. But yeah, it;s always been there. It's when you heal someone who has less than, I think, 25% of their health. It doesn't come up every time you heal someone.
Using the grenade doesn't help net the "From the Brink" but it does add to a challenge which involves using the heal grenade to heal, a few thousand points of health to allies.
