To have no trace of him around doesn't seem right, especially considering Knock out was looking forward to doing to Cylas what "in his opinion" Silas did to Breakdown.

At least have some fragment of Breakdown around as a memento of his partner or something. Oh well, maybe it'll be seen in the future, especially if Airachnid makes her return...

It just seems they forgot about it.

It's been several episodes. He's long been disposed of and showing anything further of him after Knockout dealt with him just would not be appropriate for a kids show.

While lildevilchick raises a fair point, I do admit I would like to see some final confirmation of Cylas' fate.

Oh well. They probably fed his remains to the Insecticons.

This. Even just a brief explanation would suffice.

My guess is that he's in that torture chamber that Fowler and Wheeljack were placed in.

Either dead or being tortured, I assume. Either way, we're probably not seeing him again this season.

    He's dead, Jim.

While it would be nice and grisly to see Silas' head still living in a jar, I don't think we're going to get that. Seeing him get dragged off to meet his destiny should have indicated his fate. He ain't coming back.

And I'm not sure Knockout keeps trophies. That was Airachnid's bag.

Not trophies, more like lab experiments (Cylas) or a tributary memento (Breakdown).

Does it really matters. Cylas is gone end of story. But Breakdown's body I hope we see it put to some good use.

I'm still holding out hope that if they cut back to Silas/MECH, it'll be when Dr. Morocco and any remaining MECH agents attack the Nemesis to rescue Silas, leading to an awesome two-parter where Morocco and MECH team up and build an army of mech-suits/Mor-Bot-esque robots. (More detailed description of my idea is available upon request ;)  )

    :drunk

Obviously this idea runs out of steam with the whole "Transformers returning to
    Cybertron
    -thing.

Yeah, you can still have Stunticons. Just change the name of the one intended to be BD to something else

I still can't believe all that time they spent on the Sylas and Mech ongoing arc was all for one doomsday device of the week that was twarted in that same ep and that was it.

Really? Have you been watching the show lately?:rolleyes2
Mech received the same treatment applied to every other subplot on season 2.

We'll probably never see Cylas again. His ultimate end doesn't have to be confirmed. We just have to assume that what was said to be going to happen to him has happened and he's done with.
    So he's with Wheeljack? :p

I'm sure Cylas is a nice coat hanger at the moment. No harm done.

Given that it IS a kid's show we'll most likely never see anything that morbid. Breakdown being used as a puppet for Silas was bad enough. I doubt they'd want to have Knock Out keeping spare parts of his best friend hanging around his lab, no matter how sadistic or messed up KO may really be deep down. Personally I know I wouldn't want to keep some person's body parts hanging around my workspace, let alone those of someone I knew pretty well and considered a friend.

^ I dunno, I occasionally read news stories of some crazy coot or old lady keeping the dead body of their dear friend or relative (who passed due to natural causes) inside their house or freezer for nostalgia's sake. KO, being the Cons' resident slippery, narcissist medic (I doubt KO cared much about Breakdown beyond the banter and buffing services BD provided him), I could definitely see keeping parts of BD and/or Silas around "just in case." But yeah, kids' show. Silas wearing BD as a corpse suit (and murdering all of his MECH underlings in cold blood after they resurrected him) was jarringly dark enough.

Yeah, I know, I've been wondering if KO kept anything from BD/Cylis (sp) as a momento.

    Hopefully, we won't get disappointed.
