Well, I'll explain something that tends to nag me.

Kamen Rider was conceived in the year 1971, based on Shotaro Ishinomori's famous work, Skullman. The first Super Sentai series, Himitsu Sentai Goranger, was conceived in 1975, a good four years after the first Kamen Rider series, and the first Power Ranger series was from 1993. So in reality, while most people assume that Kamen Riders look a lot like Power Rangers, it's Power Rangers that look like Kamen Riders, not the other way around.

I prefer the Gundam as well. Truth be told, I don't like any of them. Just, the Gundam is the lesser of three evils, so I'm going with that.

Yeah, kinda have to go with Dremare. I think we're pretty cool on this thread--nothing wrong with a bit of debate. But nothing would ever cause this thread to close. Perhaps some editing or deleting of posts if something got way out of hand, but we're no where near that neighborhood. So, ye got nothing to worry about.

But seriously, if you don't pick the Gundam, there shall be WAAAAAAAARRRR but not really. :D

    Okay, okay!

I've put in my order for Seven Swords, and the O Raiser. to be fair, I also pre-ordered Decade Fury Form, but he doesn't come in until June, so my whole issue with limited funds won't be a big problem spacing them out like that. And yes, I plan to use them both.

On the topic of limited funds, I am currently pondering my yearly pilgrimage to Anime North, in May. I've discovered all of the hotels for the convention this year pretty much sold out at the end of AN 2009 last year. Which isn't so much an obstacle in and of itself, as I always manage something, but it means the convention is getting uncomfortably huge.

I go to this convention primarily to visit friends. But there's another convention in Toronto, in the very same hotel. TFCon, in July.

Just out of curiosity, how many of my readers are going to TFCon? Is it a convention that is 'destination worthy', since I'll be coming from Edmonton?

There's something else I do around here, other than start arguments of Gundam vs. Kamen Rider, and ask opinions on conventions, what was it?

    Oh yeah!

    UPDATE!!

    Notes:

    1. The corridor was a bigger pain to do than I thought it would be. I don't normally ask for aid of any type, but if someone wants to buy me a few more Chain Bases? It would make my life SO much easier.

    2. I kinda felt like this update should have been longer, but you guys have been waiting long enough. I've been snagging some OT, so if this update feels a little light, that's why.

    3. Poor Optimus... he's so chipped and beat up, and it shows in the pictures... but it just seems to be part of his character to me now.

Prowl...what's that 'bot thinking now...? I can't help but wonder, what does he know that we, as yet, aren't privy to? This'll probably be eating away at me until he spills it.

Very interesting update. I wonder who's "they" that Scourge and Swindle were referring to. I like Eukrante's reaching out and touching Prime's fist as he talked to the Lolbots, and Prowl certainly seems to have something on his mind at the end there after Strarf is told that they're going to have to wait for a suitable donor to come along so that Arnval could finally heal.

Woah!! So the plot around Scourge thickens even more! Who are these "Brothers" he speaks of? Swindle seemed to be pretty freaked out at the idea of these Brothers coming to town, so we can assume they aren't savory members of the family.

On the Autobot side of the fence, I lol'd at Miku being the sound analyst program. That's just awesome. There was a bit of a paradigm shock seeing a serious line come out in lolspeak. Kinda like watching a clown car get hit by a train. But it worked out in the end. Also I love what you do with your background characters. Euk in particular was worth watching.

hmmmmmm very interesting, me thinks that one day the Autobots may have more than the Decepticons to worry about, and Scourge's brothers are worrisome, and as for whats Prowl's thinking, thats something that could fill volumes.

But if i had to guess for at the moment its on how to equip and train the lolbots and perhaps ways into which to minmize there exposure to danger. and perhaps worrying about Starf.

and I love the Autobot inside sticker(?) on Teletraan 0 nice tough with that Pol!

Okay, Scourge clearly isn't just plastic like everybody else, and that's not good. But his manipulations within the Decepticon political structure might backfire, and then he might need to remove some Decepticons. I wanna see him do that.

And Hey! Miku Hatsune did show up in the strip! Well, in some form, anyways, although if the Autobots somehow pulled the plot from Weird Science/ how CatSCAN was created, I could see Figma Miku becoming part of the team easily.
