    Not at that size. It's the perfect size I want. Very excited with this nameless company. Initially dissapointed with Herc's size cause for the amount of money I paid it doesn't overshadow my custom's size.

    Now my dream combiner might come true.

    What is this group's name? Poor Kibble. :lol

    The way I read it was "WB-01 is one member of the five member Warbotron (Bruticus) team and his final product preorder will be in Nov..."

    They had everything to show, but only have one piece (WB-01) available for preorder in Nov...what the other info is then is the mystery to me...more pics?...color pics?...who's doing this set?...which figure is next?...etc etc...

    MMC? Hmmm. So that guy is still working for them?

    That fucked up head size on Onslaught does remind of that really bad drawing of cable...

    :p

    Hahaha. I knew you were joking.

    But then again, with that MMC drop test by peagh, I would love to get their new and improved products.

    The MP rumours point to Devastator or Bruticus being the first MP combiner. I will hold out for that. This set is cool and all but it doesn't feel like they've been plucked out of the TV.

    Break the tradition to preorder with grey proto to show. No matter what they are still new in the market.

    If that happens...

    My daughter's going to be so happy. She just loves Devastator.

    We already know Defensor is the question mark in that pic, I really don't think the War guys have anything to do with tfc, at least I sure hope they don't.

    Now that Warbotron (AKA Bruticus) will be released, this makes Fansproject Colossus look like a piece of crap. For those who bought Colossus, is this buyers regret? haha

    I think its interesting how both fp and takara were able to get one more run out of the old bruticus maximus before this thing showed up.

    No it doesn't. I'm as hyped for this combiner as everyone else and I own not 1 but 2 Colossus' and they aren't going anywhere and are still entirely worthwhile fantastic sets to have.

    This figure while big and impressive and detailed seems to have lacking articulation, certainly far less than FP's set and while big is nice, FP's remains much nicer scale for a classics display not to mention will retain the more anime/animation look more fitting for 99% of TF's given that's how most are styled. This set is clearly aimed more at the masterpiece line with mostly realistic vehicles and so forth. FP's was and remains aimed at classics. Their is no reason someone who collects mp's and classics couldn't have a reason to own both figure sets.

    So War is great but makes FP's look crap? no, not really.

    Doubtful. Colossus was (or will be still) a much cheaper purchase, being mostly made up of official figures--Fansproject just helped the Hasbro/Takara toy out by giving it two characters that looked more true to form with extra bits to help the overall look out.

    A question for all: if you were going to rename this set and team, what would you call them?

    Edit:

    I'll go first.

    Sub-group name: Brute Force

    Onslaught -> Tactician
    Blastoff -> Hubris
    Swindle -> Fallacious
    Brawl -> Bruiser
    Vortex -> Agonizer

    Combined Name: Warmongor

    You know, the feet just don't seem to me to be "Bruticus' feet". Despite the wheels etc, FP's feet seemed more like the original G1 to me. It really needs a "raised center section" at the front. Plus, what's with the little cone-headlight things?
