Any issues we should learn about like with the X-Ray set, or is it because it's done by Iron Factory we should be in the clear on this one?

 

Yes. The silver one was custom painted - " Custom Painted by 圆圈星爆 via weibo."

 

Yeah, I am curious about that too. This will be the first model I've assembled in like twenty years. I don't want to screw it up.

So if you want to paint this guy order your paints before this ships? Since everything starts out in pieces this should be easier to paint.

 

something is off.. not sure what. kinda on the fence waiting to order it. maybe it needs to be painted

Not so sure I want this now, he's way too bright.

 

The bare kit looks cheap, but how good does it look painted...
Feedback - People wont like the fact there was no information to say painted next to what was the product shots.

Nice to finally have a size comparison shot. He look taller/longer in some the pictures which is nice. I was worried he would look short and stumpy, even kibble heavy, but that doesn't seem to be the case... The design is really excellent.

Painting is going to be a must for me.

It's a model, meant to be painted to your preference!!!

 

for what it is, I am more excited getting this Grimlock than any MP or combiner dinobots from other companies.

 

That may be the case, but I can't paint.  


What sold me on this guy was the pics that we got awhile back that had him in silver. I assumed the parts would come like that, so that's my bad, and I don't think I want this guy anymore because of how crappy he looks to me now.


I'll hafta wait and see I guess.
