On clearance I bought some extra figures awhile back and had made some customs haven't had time to share anything in awhile so I'm catching up now. This was as the title suggests a Lionizer to Ravage conversion. Mostly paint and some sanding but also some missiles from a Diaclone/MFT bot that plug into the small hole that Lionizer's tail/sword clipped in. Yes I know Ravage's missiles normally go on his hind leg but this way you can unplug them for play value and have them seek after their target then plug them back in later. The head I cut down which was a chore then dyed which took a LOOOONNNGGG time on medium heat as the dye wasn't absorbing very well. The end result doesn't really transform so much so it's more of an action figure but it more fits what I felt Ravage should look like. In my make believe world the cassette still sits in Soundwave but when it ejects mid transformation ... Taaadaaaa! It switches to Ravage.
Slick move removing the top of the head. It gives Ravage a cat head construction similar to some of the voltron lions. Awesome stuff.
