Looks quite nice, just not looking forward to the complaints about the hollow forearms and back*.

*Honestly, with how solid the rest of the line has been, those are somewhat odd design choices.

Wish there was a size comparison with Optimus but nice to have some idea on this figure's size, even if I don't own a single figure used to compare. Figure itself is decent.

Having seen this reviewer without the robot voice, I'm not sure it adds anything. Doesn't necessarily harm either but still.

Yup, a Prime size comparison would've been nice, but oh well.

At least his back isn't quite as hollow as I thought it'd be, although those forearms look awful.

Love this. The size is simply perfect for Ironhide, has great articulation and even a weapon that is ideal for him.

Best Deluxe figure from wave 2, hell, probably best Deluxe figure from the entire line.

For a deluxe he looks really big.....but thats maybe cause as a whole the deluxe class of this line are tiny.

The hollow back seems more for conectivity reasons but its not as bad as first thought. Also love the sixgun attached to the hammer pic towards the end.

The COMBAT system gimmick in this line is a stroke of genius

Neat. I think I'm going to need to watch another review before I make my final decision, but overall this figure seems pretty solid.

Forgot to mention that I hope the inevitable Ratchet repaint has a red headsculpt so we can finally have the perfect IDW Ratchet.

This was initially a solid skip for me, but this video has me seriously questioning that thought.

It'll probably be white with a red crest if Hasbro has their way. :/

One of my favorite Autobots finally gets a decent Generations toy. He looks great, nice and beefy compared to the other deluxes in the line. Probably the figure in wave two I'm looking forward to the most.

not gonna lie, after the Universe Ironhide and the CW Ironhide, this feels like the figure I\'ve been waiting for this whole time.

To be honest, that is a considerable part of my motivation for wanting this new Ironhide, but replacing my T30 Chromia with Siege Chromia? That I'm not 100% sure on...

Nice! The back hollowness is actually not as severe as I thought it was going to be. I would actually like to see some more battle damage paint...but I can do that myself. The wife now knows another addition to my little red truck collection is on the way...

I was really down on this guy because of the hollow elemebts and missing essential paint apps, like the tires.

But this video and the stills on the front page have changed my mind. He’s more solid than I thought and a touch of paint will fix my issues in five minutes. There’s a price to be paid for being as large as he is, and I’m willing to pay it here.
