Sorry to see that.

Mine broke also, but I managed to fix it and it's holding up fine so far. But as I expected breakage from such small figures, I did get a spare when I could as I really do love the cassettes (including the 3rd parties one I got) and Ravage in particular has been a main figure in my story (and that's going to continue and with some changes to his character soon) so I couldn't do without one.

When I fixed mine, I believe it was the same way and I added a tiny metal pin before the glue. Note that I used Gorilla super glue but mixed acetone in it to thin it out and also does a melting effect to the plastic, that so far appears to be holding really well. It's able to withstand transformation, but I do it VERY carefully. Sadly, he's probably the most fragile of the cassettes.

 

That’s good to know, but I’m not in the market with using chemicals and glue. I….I might settle with getting the set…through the Rescue Patrol….Or unless Hasbro makes a Core G1-Styled Ravahe that transforms to a tape…
