    Agreement.

I used POTP Rodimus and RID Windblade as practice models, really messed them up IMHO with thick paint and shake hands. After a while it got better.

When I see that Rumble/Frenzy, I see a figure with modding potential to become a custom God/Power master.

Went through the old Furman '-ations' era IDW stuff over the weekend. Occasionally a bit of a funny read, when you consider everything that comes after, but still some really great TF comics. Excellent, ground up, reimagining of the franchise.

Did movie Blackout have the EMP power that Animated Blackout had (It was sooo long ago)?

If so, then you have your answer....

Another option is the painters paint markers places like Walmart has. Use fine or ultra fine tips. Taking your time is a good idea. If I do end up getting paint where I don't want it, I use a pocket knife to carefully scrape it off.

It's been a while since I watched it, but didn't he use it on the military base?

Movie blackout did have the emp power as shown on the military base. It's actually why I thought he was named blackout.

    I'd vote magnus tbh.

I used paint pens to add battle damage. I think it turned out fairly well.

I've been doing mine using acrylic paint, and it's the first time I've ever bothered actually doing paint on figures, but find that so much of the Siege figures are lacking it... I've been using Tamiya model paint and finding it so much better than the stuff I used to use 40-some years ago.

It's very liquid but the colours are quite opaque, making them simply amazing to work with... using a very fine brush to do it gently and limit any overlaps or smudging outside the area.
