Only one battlemaster but so much fun!
Oh, huh, he just LOOKS like random bits
Man has anyone watched this yet? This is the only Siege figure I have ever pre-ordered (the rest I have just picked up when they were released) but I have to say, the lack of waist swivel and the messy looking alt modes are kind of putting me off, don't really see the Optimus/Starscream price point coming through here at £23.99, kind of a shame because I really wanted to love this guy, who knows, maybe he will feel better in hand.. :/
Yup. The drawback of the unification line. If Takara did their own version, just the possibilities......
I keep going back and forth on whether or not those Dia-nauts are too small to go with the Siege bots...
I keep going back and forth on Mirage. Looks like a nice enough figure. But I prefer the idea of Mirage being slender, not so broad shouldered. And sometimes I’m irked by the faux car front on the chest and by the monster “spoiler” block of his arms. Other times not. Idk.
Can anyone take a photo of Siege Mirage with Generations Mirage?
I don't have Slugslinger. Unfortunately he has never been released in my country. But I found even better partner for Caliburst IMO.
This is Titans Return Krok. He almost perfectly colour matching with Calibirst.
Before someone ask me about Krok's shield here's the answer:
I glued lego pin so he can handle it like a proper shield. It affect only at titan master compatibility so it doesn't bother me at all.
I hope HasTek never uses that white plastic again.
Thank you for sharing! I didn’t realize his cockpit wasn’t actually the cockpit. That’s kind of disappointing, but I’m still excited to add a triple-changing headmaster to my Generations collection. And really looking forward to Snapdragon, the only original G1 triple-changing headmaster I had growing up!
In their defense, then they used that bone-color on TM2 Dinobot, I freaking loved it!!’
it's possible to use the tail as a shield without modifications.
if you put the gun in the tail backwards the barrel can be used as a handle.
Function: Military Strategist
"Logic is the ultimate weapon."
This is neat idea but with it doesn't allow you to use shield and gun in the same time. I'm still prefer my custom but thank you anyway
I know this is an appreciation thread, but I can't appreciate that video review.
That was painful to watch.
It made me actually want the toy MORE to base my opinion off of it actually in hand than... that.
Please don't base your disappointment off that 'review.'
I can't believe the jet mode doesn't peg together more solidly (and straighter) in the front. The gorilla head/neck issue I could give it, it may be an engineering flub; but that just seems overall like it's so much of a departure from what we've been getting (White plastic color the exception - Sideswipe I'm looking at you with your milky white thighs) with Siege so far that I have to believe it's user error.
I have to believe it's got to be better than that in hand.I'm not expecting amazing figure of the year status, but better than that review made it seem for sure.
Thanks for linking this! However I can't help but say I'm a little disappointed and I agree with most of your criticisms; the really blocky jet mode and the loose-looking ape head have me apprehensive. I'm really wanting to see more reviews before he comes out now. I was really looking forward to him to buff up my Decepticon forces.
I love the decapitation play pattern.
Here ya go. I presume that by "Generations Mirage", you mean the Generations Combiner Wars version. I sold the Classics version a couple of months ago, and that wasn't Generations, technically. Each version of Mirage gets different things right and wrong. Siege is the most show-accurate, though.
I do own TR Slugslinger, and even though his colors are very different than Siege Caliburst, they look pretty good together, IMHO.
Separate names with a comma.
