After seeing a video review for Spinister, I gotta say I'm glad I could contain myself and never got any of the Club versions. Would have spent way too much money for a figure I wouldn't have liked that much.

 

This descriptions especially on the ravage one read like The oh de Lally song sounds

 

I like to do this too but I'm scared that I damage the figure more than I would do good.

 

...anyone else remember that bad GI Joe Vs Tfs cover that made Snake Eyes about that size compared to Optimus? This kinda helps put the bad scaling there into perspective.

So I got galaxy upgrade prime and initially I was concerned that while the update was nice it wasn't the one they deserved however after getting him I can happily say this is the update they deserved

 

It seems my supplier of Slamdance has either changed his mind or IDK but would anyone else who doesn't have G2 Sideswipe like to split the set?

 

Can't help but put some of Cromar's bits on Hot Shot and also give him Red Swoop / Swoop II's sword so he's Cybertron Defense Hot Shot accurate.

Generations Selects Cromar is also more G1 accurate without all the guns over his shoulders and arms, and looks less like Siege Six Gun without them.  

 

This guy is just too damn cool! I love Impactor’s shoulder mounted ‘Predator’ cannon.

Just so much play value in one Deluxe is a great thing. Now for some blast effects fun!




Obviously there’s no dedicated port for the blast effects, but they wedge into the cannon well enough.



I just love the versatility of this figure and the accessories he comes with. Now these next ones I took after the blast effects photos (which I only slightly regret because as cool as these pics are, IMHO, they would’ve popped even more with this little detail). Call me crazy.........


.....but doesn’t that red Autobot symbol just look amazing against that purple?!? Such a small detail, but I think it adds so much to the character. I think it really does look awesome! Enjoy!
