I just got Mirage, I have to say that from the photos and reviews I was not particularly as excited as I have been for most of the Siege line. However, once I opened him up and got to transform him and play around with him. I have to say that I am again pleasantly surprised with all of the Siege bots. They are all solid and fun to transform and they all just bring me right back to my childhood, watching the G1 cartoon and playing on the floor with my Transformers. I can't get enough of the Siege line!

I personally didn’t vote for this bot, but I can see how he and Mirage won.

Impactor is a Transformer I’ve never had any experience with. After the fan vote I started to learn more about him. Leader of the Wreckers, aggressive yet heroic nature, Savior of Cybertron. Still more to learn, but the more I heard about him and saw of him, the more I wanted a figure of him. And now having him in hand, Impactor is a Transformer I didn’t realize I was missing.


Such a simple color scheme, yet so vibrant and powerful, it feels like a good match for him.

The hollowness in the legs is not really an issue for me. Once you feel how hefty this guy is, you kinda understand why they did it. He definitely doesn’t feel like he’s hollow. Besides his unique transformation is so fun and clever, it more than makes up for it...........

..............And gives us a really bitchin’ tank!
I’ve seen many pics and reviews where the harpoon weapon is used as another gun on top of the shoulder cannon, but.........

......I kinda like to use it as an antenna. Makes the tank feel more dynamic I think.


Love that the turret can rotate and the main gun barrel can pivot up and down. This tank is an excellent example of versatility and articulation when done right. The claws up front are pretty intimidating too.

The battle damage paint never bothered me about the whole Siege line, but this is one of the best uses of it I think. Also, the sculpted gun turrets on the sides are a very nice touch. Impactor is just loaded for bear and it’s awesome.


Impactor is an excellent Deluxe figure. Powerful engineering and style with versatile accessories. I even love his headsculpt for the Autobot version (which I prefer over the Decepticon version, character-wise). Definitely worth the hunt this week, highly recommended!

I was going to pass on impactor. But he’s SO good. The head is even growing on me. Mirage is just fantastic.

Does anyone else have an impactor that has his chest panel pin not pushed all the way through?

I know it’s been said to death already but Siege figures are so insanely poseable that I can mess around with them for hours just finding new poses for them. It’s awesome!

Is that the bull BattleMaster? If so then yes. He’s being repacked in EarthRise

 

He looks awesome. I really hope someone makes some leg fillers as thats the only complaint I have. I'm guessing/hoping they wouldn't affect transformation either.
