Just an ordinary War for Cybertron Siege Megatron.

Egad! Where once was two combining blades stuck on a gun there are now two separate ones! Duel-wielding Blades Megatron!

I cut the rod inside. THIS is what Has/Tak should have done in the first place. Makes so much more sense. I haven't seen if anybody else has done this thing exactly. I have seen just the unscrewing edit before, but this is what iv'e been wanting to do almost since iv'e had him.

Because while it was cobbled together it was still pretty great and gave us a lot of figures. Siege has given us figures who are not only great bit also compliment the pw3 line so much.

 

Looks like one of them is adopted. LOL

 

I just Got Soundwave Today and his Litlle Pointy Gun thing is really Loose. How do i Fix this?

so i got the single pack mirage in hand today, and after handling him i've got one thought. cybertronian van wheeljack was never going to be an option even if wheeljack and spinister had won the vote. mirage is pretty clearly an earth race car, regardless of what anyone says. he's got the most earthy vehicle mode of the line if you ask me, plus he is less greebled than the others, which seems to be a trait shared by earthrise figures. wave 1 of earthrise would have been the next planned wave after wave 4 of siege, earthrise wheeljack is exactly what we would have gotten (mold wise) if wheeljack and spinister had won the fan vote, no doubts in my mind

Actually, I think Michael Ironside was SUPERB as Ultra Magnus. Really nailed that part IMO. Prime UM is one of my favorite characters (as you might guess from the avatar). I wish we had gotten to see more of him. Each to their own, though.

And yes, that is Dr. Wu Star Saber. I picked that specific one because I am going to be getting a Prime OP at some point, and I figured it would look good with both him and Siege OP and I could swap it back and forth. The silver version is more faithful to the TV series, but that transparent blue is just so freakin' cool. I wish there was an axe for him in a similar style.

 

Thundercracker acquired. Found him this morning. G1 Seekers coming together, just need to add SkyWarp.

Oh that's not what I meant. Michael Ironsides IS perfect for Ultra Magnus. I just don't think he suits the IDW2005 version of Ultra Magnus specifically as he's a bit of a different sort of personality and manner of speaking to TFPrime Magnus  
Heh when UM opened his mouth in Prime I went "I know that voice!"

As for the Star Saber I'll go for the blue version as it looks good for the Saber when wielded by a Prime which of course it will be  

Man I'd love a Generations line with new toys with updated engineering but Prime aesthetics. G1 versions of other series characters is ok but Prime had such a distinctive look!

 

Finished Barricade mod. Made a copy of Prowl's blaster too.
