Yep, almost but not quite 90 degrees forward. From neutral, you can ratchet the hips forward 9 clicks and 11 clicks backwards (backwards is full 90 degrees at 11 clicks).

maybe they shouldn't have packed them all in identical looking brown boxes...I remember getting my Titans Return Grotusque in a completely different character's box

 

I managed to get one of the $45 Jetfires. Love this thing, but I gotta know if there is any way besides the gunbiner block to mount the chest plate in jet mode.

i presume the ratchets used are put in reverse or something i mean you don't need that much backwards motion to be honest
