    Honestly, still images don't set me off much because what I find most off-putting about spiders is the way they move, and not wholly how they look. But I'm only mildly arachnophobic, and not full-on gibbering mess. I honestly find watching spiders to be fascinating, as long as I'm safely separated by distance or a pane of glass. I start to get skittish only if there's the possibility that they might start crawling on me. And even then, I'm not sure that's so much about fear, and more about being grossed out by possibly having to smack it and then winding up with gross spider guts on me.

    I am on my laptop at the moment and when I touched the bottom my finger instantly jumped, I like little tiny tiny spiders but that above just makes me scared to scroll up

    Where I work, the front desk girls and my boss call it the Forbidden word. They always call me whenever there is one in the office to kill it. Even ones no bigger than a flea.
