On the Debate of if I should buy Rhinox at BBTS. The problem is, I'm always having to pay Import from them...Always.

 

I remember that some member mentioned having some sort of issue in reference to how they'd bend the wings and causing either stress mark or breakage, but from my 3 copies, I have no issue.

I think it's a case that there's a tab in the wing that you have to make sure that you fold the wing correctly to "unlock" it, as I remember that when I got my first one, that tab was in the way, but I didn't force it, and bent the folds until it was "reversed" so that it wasn't in the way anymore. My other two, it was the first thing I did, and never had any issues.

But not to say that there might not be a quality issue in a run, but I don't recall anyone mentioning much of any issue since the release and those few that did have trouble.

I actually like the new skin colour. BW Rhinox was always too light in beast mode, as if it was caked in mud and dust (which oddly enough is somewhat more accurate than I just had my bath KBE Rhinox).

The factory couldn't match that area on Siege Ultra Magnus either (it's darker and more saturated than the plastic on my copy). I don't mind the white but, blue looks better for symmetry .

 

I'm currently on the final countdown to my sister giving birth. But we still don't know if it will be a boy or girl. This picture will finalize it. With it be Waspinator or Blackarachnia sitting on Uncle Megatron's lap?

I don't think the baby would like to be associated to a stripper spider nor to a total idiot whose only purpose is to serve as a chew toy for everyone else, but i see your problem.

It's hard to find a fembot Beast Wars figure and even if you do you have to find a decent counterpart amongst your figures...

...what about Airazor and Silverbolt (the one with GPS that turns into a pretty much useless combiner part, not the cool one that turn into a flying wolf)?

 

Finally finished my oversized KO Quickstrike custom. I don't think that Hasbro will do him in the correct size like, they'd probably mess him up like they did with Rattrap and Scorponok if they do get around to him so I'm happy with how this looks. I wish the yellow was a bit metallic but Hasbro would probably use a regular yellow too.

Btw, if this guy had a gorilla face with an open mouth or a joint on his gorilla jaw he would've been my favorite one so far.

I know i severely underrated his beast mode in the past months (he has several issues on his legs) but damn, he could've been perfect if he only could've add a gorilla bite to the weapons he can use...

Gorillas are amongst the strongest land animals when it comes to bite force and if my memory doesn't fail me they should also be the strongest mammals.

 

Come on, a scorpion/cobra hybrid would be cool no matter what's his color.

Was thinking if I should get this figure or not but ended up buying it.
Love the color and the redesign, but too bad the foot has the same issue as Track.....

 

I got to say given Transmutate, Skellivore, Tricranius, and even Dracodon… I really hope we get a Wingfinger repaint. Love him.

(Also given Tricranius and Transmutate are maximals, I hope Wingfinger’s repaint is a predacon).
