is there any chance for a more earth looking ultra magnus? i don't have the siege toy. its bod mode looks great to me, but was never a fan of the non g1, RID altmode. any chance a retool would happen or a brand new mold for earth mode magnus? if it retained teh whoel robot inside a super robot suit aspect, i'd want it. right now i'm thinking if i shoudl just get siege magnus in case they never do an earthrise (or 3rd part trilogy) version. what do you all think?

 

Well his bot mode is perfect so i doubt they will redo him for only his alt-mode, but who knows.

 

I'm a bit late on the conversation, but wanted to say that Needlenose really needs to have his own mold.

 

They confirmed mercenaries as a toy faction.

So far the only mercs with anything approaching earth modes in the card game are Mudflap and Hot Rod, who appears to be leading the mercenaries either as a member or a client. It’s always been uncertain if Hot Rod has an earth mode, mind you.

 

It's basically a dome zero. I guess it's an earth mode. Kup and Blurr are definitely Cybertronian though. Arcee I can't tell. Don't know enough about cars to say therr was never anything like her.

 

I think it's possible and was possibly created before WFC Magnus. Hell of a plot twist eh?

 

I’d buy this in a heartbeat because I love the Siege Mold but I definitely want him to have his own mold if possible

 

If they were gonna retool the Siege mold, I think I’d rather get Slipstream. The body more or less hangs off the bottom so the engineering wouldn’t need to be complicated. Just needs a slender torso and legs.

She could have an identical vehicle mode with the Siege mold while having a feminine slender figure whereas she’ll never fit in quite as well with Earthrise.

 

So, i havent seen anyone talk about the Base compatability with the deluxe/voyager/leader figures, what if this is a hint to MM transports, more notably, Flattop, as they have one key point that could cement their inclusion:
The original vehicle was a battleship that then transformed into a jet like vehicle, with a jet micromaster
Im thinking this could be a great way to bring Broadside back to the series, and with the micromaster inclusion, perhaps an extensive retool of him to be Tidal wave, IF he isnt a titan/commander class figure
OR the mold could be a commander class, standardly, bringing three easy uses

Blue hands, cool. Hate to be one of 'those guys' but the grey hands did kind of bother me.

Are they eyes blue now? Hard to tell because of the camera angles and lighting.

The blue hands do look much better, imo the smallest change can make the biggest difference
