So Earthrise Cliffjumper's the same size as the original MP Bumblebee? That's kinda cool since it means you can use Earthrise Cliff for your MP shelf.

This. Dont' forget the rest of the Euro G1 and Japanese G1 characters like Thunderclash,Skyquake,Deathsaurus etc along with possible Machine Wars repaints for selects if they wanted.

Speaking of Selects I'm still waiting to see if we'll ever get Delta Magnus from Siege Ultra Magnus or not.

Does it have to be this all or nothing scenario though? Maybe I’ve been misinterpreting this. While yes I’d love to get this guys there are some 84,85 guys who have gotten chug updates that are kinda shit (t-30 trailbreaker, t-30 gears)
Also the idea of getting a hose head kinda seems a bit weird when we have a grapple mold that’ll probably be retooled as an inferno am I thinking to much about a company not wanting two fire trucks in one line

Well, we have an all or nothing scenario now.
Trying to paint me as a fundamentalist for wanting more variety in a fundamentalisticly geewun toyline is highly disingenuous.

I would have applauded the Soundwave and Shockwave we got if we had also gotten Backstreet, Override and Dogfight instead of Prowl, Sideswipe and I don't know who we got in the first wave deluxes.
But it had to be all or nothing 84.

I'm happy for the people who wanted Micromasters, and I'm happy the Micromasters got the attention they are getting.
But apart from the upcoming final wave, Springer, and an Ultra Magnus we really didn't need, Siege has been all about 84-85. And Earthrise is just the same so far.

Is the intent here to make an eventual Goldbug or Bumblebee repaint of Cliffjumper?

With all the new micromasters I'm kinda hoping we get a devastator. And with the resurrection of the micromaster gimmick there's hope for the other combiners also.
Maybe they can release the whole set at the same time at like a leader class price?

But how big would he be next to the Classics Bumblebee Mold?

Classics Bumblebee mold is about the MP figure’s height to the tip of the head with the hunchback adding a bit more and maybe about 33% wider.

Great analysis thank you! Looking forward to Cliff.

As for maybe having to rebuy my legends figures due to scale issues (in my case Bumblebee, Brawn, and POTP Windcharger), I am okay with it so long as it comes in quick successions (1 to 2 years).

I don’t want to wait five years to complete all season 1 mini Autobots or (not) pay after market cost for figures I missed (looking at you Thrilling 30 Gears, Cliffjumper, CW Huffer) . This way the experience of collecting them remains fun and exciting, as opposed to tedious and annoying. I think that is fair to ask from Hasbro.

I'd like if Earth Rise went something like this. I'll probably be way off, but whatever it was fun to make a chart

I really just dont want to see any characters that we already got in Siege. I understand Optimus/Megatron are requirements for every line, gotta have the leaders in some form......I accept Starscream only because he paves the way for the coneheads.....I just really dont want to see another soundwave or ANY of the other figures we just got last year. Lets keep it new and fresh please.

It seems a bit pointless to have everyone in selects just be earth versions of character we got for siege, well besides maybe the coneheads selects was made as a way to get more obscureish characters without having them shelf warm at retail or that’s how I see it. so why go against that with another prowl, another ratchet another mirage. It makes no sense

A lot of these are almost certain but do you really think they'll completely skip out on Conehead Seekers next year?

So, what makes one of you think that Star Saber will get a Selects release sometime in the future, if you don't mind me changing the topic?

I hope for new Constructicons that look great in bot mode with Megatron and Soundwave.
