Just ordered on Pulse, $208 if I get them all. The renders look better than the display versions on most...so we shall see.

That’s great attention to detail to have the wheels turn into glutes…

the displays all look hand painted. some of the pics are clear enough that you see the brush strokes.

I'm extra hyped that cliffys bazooka breaks down to form the skis. that's a fun, goofy touch and makes me wonder what they'll do with Bee. I'm guessing the jetski like classics bee had.

I wonder how many collectors besides me will keep their POTP Starscream now!? Seems like everybody will want to dump that thing now.

    These ALSO look AMAZING!

Optimus Prime & Wheeljack are DOB for me, Hoist & Grapple I'll pick up on another day, & while Cliffjumper looks really good I'm gonna wait and get the inevitable Bumblebee remold.

Eh, I ordered them all. Even with not being overly happy with Starscream's downgrade, I'll still give it a chance.
While I prefer Decepticons, Hoist and Grapple look nearly perfect. Wheeljack, not as much, but he still looks decent. Just not a fan of how blocky he looks.
CJ is a work of art. Truly surprising just how nice he looks.
Optimus is another one that surprises me. Aside from the gray hands and inner calves, he looks absolutely phenomenal.
Seriously getting s kick out of the Battlemaster that forms a ramp.

Starscream and Cliffjumper are definite buys for me, Ironworks is a probably, the rest I'll probably pass on as I either don't care for the characters or I'm happy with a previous incarnation.

I think Cliffy is my favorite reveal out of all of them. It kinda sucks that such a small deluxe is the same price as Ironhide or Impactor, but they nailed the sculpt and engineering.

If the plan is to redo all of the minibots/smaller TFs in this style then, honestly, I'd happily replace all of their Legends versions. I just can't ignore the huge upgrade in design and articulation the higher pricepoint seems to provide.

Yeah, I thought it was going to be pieces of paper that formed a physical "map" for you to place your TFs on. This is ultimately better, but you've gotta purchase all the figures to complete the map. Goddamn those Hasbro bastards!

Basically yes, with a new headsculpt and added articulation in the arms and legs.

So far I plan on getting/have already preordered Cliffjumper to replace his Thrilling 30 Legends figure and Grapple who is one of five characters left out of the first two seasons cast of Autobots/Decepticons to feel complete with my collection. Also Micromasters cause they're characters that still need to be updated.

Might get Hoist & Ironworks as well. Don't know I absolutely need Wheeljack or Optimus Prime but I hope Starscream gets retooled as Dirge, Ramjet, & Thrust so that way 2020 can be the year I'm done collecting.

Besides this is the first wave they'll be on sale halfway through the year and abundant enough to keep the rest of the series off the shelf. But just from what we've seen this is looking to be another promising series.

I’m not sure if anyone is a car guy and can help me identify Cliffjumper’s alt Mode. It looks like a late 80s Dodge conquest a.k.a. The Mitsubishi Starion.

So I'm too tired to go back through 9 pages plus the other Earthrise threads to see if this has been discussed yet, but this is the description on all the figures at BBTS.

So I guess they're bringing the Allspark into the fiction. Also interested in this new Mercenary faction. Wonder if that means we're getting a WfC Lockdown?

Siege Starscream was already a treat, but the earth mode figure checks all the boxes in what I want out of a Starscream figure, especially with the better alt-mode and a chest that isn't made of fake panels for once, along with having weapons that aren't grossly oversized like the classics deluxe. Can't wait for his release.
