I can’t look at that now without thinking Jotaro bridge. How did I miss this episode because I don’t remember it at all.

Quick update, went back to the Target and luckily they had another Grapple on the shelf so I exchanged it. The new Grapple has the same problem though. The peg hole in the bottom of his right foot is extremely tight, and the pegs that go in the hole are hollow so there's not a lot of structural integrity to it, making it easy to tear the peg off if you do anything but pull straight away, or pull too hard.

The pegs are visible in robot mode, so I don't want to sand that down, and the holes are hexagonal ones so that'll be tough to widen out. Think I'll be leaving Grapple in bot mode until I decide what to do. Other than this flaw, it's a really nice figure and I'm very happy with him!

do you think filling the hollow pegs would help reinforce them?

I'm guessing for Starscream and thrust, means a lot of selects or multipacks.

Thinking I might crank out a few posts to put some distance between me and the Hoist joke everyone's mad about.

Sometines characters are different sizes depending on who they stand next to however above all, Warpath is a minibot and scales as minibots should, with other minibots, I'd be fine if he were slightly bigger but not much, he should stick within his grouping.

I was thinking the same. And I’m betting he’d be minibot size if Hasbro did a redo because they’re going by robot scale, not alt mode scale.

    Give us more Minibots!

What about rolling a doobie out of sand paper to the appropriate thickness, and giving it a few twists in the hole?

One thing you could do is figure out if the peg is the problem or the hole. I'd use something like a Battlemaster and try the hole then use something like another figure's fist to or port to check the peg. Once you know which one is the problem it can be better addressed.
