Same if it works out that way. If it doesnt and they basically say “oh well” then its not a big deal as enough aftermarket kits exist to fix it.

Actually, my Grapple GX kit did arrive. It just didn't update on tracking.

Pieces are super smooth and have properly matching paint. I was initially worried about what looked like paint chips but they were all on the non-visible sides. I assume this is where the hobby clamps held the pieces for painting.

They all fit snug and work like a charm...except for the crane arm pieces. The bottom one was a little loose. The top one was too loose to stay. I wedged in some hobby masking tape as a quick fix, and now it stays. There's no interference at all with transformations. Great kit and highly recommended.

All the pieces come in a tiny box.

This compares gap fillers on the left versus stock on the right. For the inner knees, place the black pieces on first and then the orange circular cap last. The forearm hinge works quite well.

There's also another thin gap filler that goes around the waist.

There's a hinged gap filler to help hide / store the crane hook. The crane arm fillers were loose for me. I wrapped some hobby masking tape around the bases of the pieces and they stay in fine now.

ER Optimus is growing on me especially after applying Toyhax labels.

He may not be my favorite of the Seekers, but I like his coloration a lot. I find it interesting how differently shaped his Earth mode is from his Cybertronian tetrajet mode from Siege.

Looks like Earthrise Thundercracker has a molding issue for his left wing. Mine doesn't sit flush and comes off rather easily. Others have noted this too. The wing port and peg are warped. I fixed mine by doing a little razor surgery and putting in a spacer in the split peg. There's still a tiny gap but now the wing stays firmly in place.

That could be superglued back together, if nothing else. In terms of stability, I'd say once fully cured it should be solid.

I think it's Skywarp's face, but man...this feels like a Beastie Boys album cover.
