Was there any confirmation anywhere about how the "map" pieces are supposed to work or what they are anyways. The way the toy descriptions list them I'm imagining them to be like plastic squares maybe that click together? I realized I pre-ordered everything from the wave pretty much except for CJ and Starscream, as I don't really care for either with being overs used molds/characters. Depending on how the map looked or where it was, maybe I'd get them later just for sake of having a complete map whatever it turns out to be.

He could be redone as hubcap or tapout, both of which make more sense than bumblebee, especially considering hasbro said bumblebee will not be made from cliffjumper.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I too presume plastic tile pieces that interlock. I guess we will find out at some point...soon lol

For starters they are both legacy mold shares with cliffjumper, bumblebee is not and secondly because hasbro said cliffjumper will not be remolded or repainted as bumblebee

A new mold that’ll turn into a VW Beetle if anything.

This year in hindsight felt long. So I’m not excited to wait and see who gets selected to be in the next wave or line, if at all

Yeah...I get what you mean. IMO its Hasbro’s usual : make something that is almost “perfect” but just stop short.

They used to do that for Star Wars in the 3.75 line.

Tbh I’m just collecting CHUG that best represent my childhood memories of G1, and I’m cherry picking. Eg. I still prefer the original CHUG Datsun brothers over their Siege versions.

That Optimus makes me want to go back to my G1 Optimus. I find them quite reminiscent of each other. He's also more or less dead on to the cartoon or at least how I think of him when I do the cartoon. He will be making appearances as G1 Optimus himself (more or less) in my photo comic, if I ever get around to that.

I like that I don't have to choose between a Cybertronian Optimus I like and a "cartoon flashback" one any more. I hope his head is swappable with the inner robot of Galaxy Prime just for fun.

Warming up to Orange Grapple, but Cliffjumper is the other star. This bot finally got a good toy after all the Bumblebee remolds and recolors, with his own weapon and a great alt mode. I would have preferred a Cybertronian alt mode, but the one Cliff has makes me think of a car I wanted as a kid. The bazooka is super fitting for him and a great reference.

I would definitely have preferred a Cybertronian Cliffjumper too. I am glad to see that he's not a Bumblebee remold this time around.

I think Bumblebee's definitely gonna happen. Hopefully within wave 2 or 3, I really want one to go alongside Earth Optimus.

And please for the love of god don't make him cheese orange like the 1st Masterpiece

Me too. I don’t know why everyone says Bumblebee isn’t happening. What sense does make you not do him honestly?

It is kinda strange to me, I guess it's because he's been absent for two lines? I can understand holding off on the other SIEGE Autobots who just got a figure, but I would be very perplexed if there's no Earth Rise Bumblebee.

I’m just perplexed that they didn’t cash in on a Cybertronian Bumblebee in Siege and I was hoping they’d do it for Earthrise. I really don’t want Bumblebee to skip WFC because he’s honestly the only character I’m hoping gets a proper good figure like everyone else

Am I the only one that's happy with my Titans Return Bumblebee? I know it's not perfect, but I like it pretty well, and it's worth some of the weaknesses to be able to have Spike or Daniel ride with him. That said, I did really want a Siege Bumblebee. That would have been nice.
