So....once that prime comes out, would anyone be willing for me to buy the trailer off of their hands. That’s the only thing I care about

/GASP. Well...daaaaamn. Yes, please. Pretty please.

Edit: Ok..."Each figure comes with "a piece of the Transformers Universe Map," and collecting the figures allows you to complete the map in its entirety." I'm pretty excited about this! Kind of the way Hasbro has been doing with other properties and other manufacturers have done this (Ghostbusters and FNAF jump to mind). I'm in! Woot. I hope said map is not simply a paper collage and actual plastic that can be displayed.

Looking good so far. Interested to see what Starscream will look like.

The trailer for OP looks high in order to clear his legs. I see similar angled lower legs as in Siege OP.

Edit: The Siege / Omega Supreme base connectors are on the shield and ramp.

Edit #2: No battle damage deco so far either. Must be the $5 car washes here.

Edit #3: I see pins in OP's hands. Hands able to open.

I love the new optimus figure and the fact he has his trailer makes it even better.

Grapple is also a must have i hope inferno gets a new figure out of this mold till then the potp one will do.

Ironworks looks amazing and unique i wonder who else we could get with the same concept.

The only down side to this line for me is the name they could have picked another one.

PSST It'd be pretty nifty if you added all the images from the IGN article

I love that they gave Ironworks a blackwash on his yellow bits to give them that "oily old construction machinery" look. I love battle damage paint on the Siege figures so I'm glad that at least some of the new figures will get appropriate additional paint apps. Also Grapple and Prime look fantastic even though I would have greatly preferred if they stuck with the Cybertronian alt modes...

    Mitigated here.
Grapple has really a too much 80's look on the vehicule mode, it looks dated. I wonded what child will think.
Optimus, well, no surprise here, the expected retool of Siege. But for some reason, I think he looks... plain. So... classic...

Ironworks on the other hand... Immediate love. Need it ! And more like this. Small transportable base playsets which even turn into robots.
    Unexpected and super welcome.

Also peoplecall him weaponizer, but none of these parts looks like weapons.
When I looks all the parts, what I see is ramp connectors everywhere, it can be disassembled because you can assemble the base mode as you whish. (+ combining with the incoming other guys like him to form bigger bases)

Wave 1 lineup so far (with some speculation on my part):

Battlemasters: Soundbarrier, 1 or 2 others

Micromaster Patrols: Hot Rod Patrol (Big Daddy and Trip-Up), Military Patrol (Bombshock and ??)

Cratermaker from the 10-pack has Bombshock's head,so I'm guessing that Bombshock will be a Flak remold. Plus he's the leader of the team, so that's a gimme. Hoping that Dropshot will be the other Micromaster, but I'd be happy with a new Growl as well.

    Deluxes: Cliffjumper, Hoist, Ironworks, Wheeljack

I'd like to see a Scout-sized Cliffjumper with a weapons trailer a la Siege Astrotrain and/or the giant bazooka he wielded in the cartoon. That bazooka really needs a toy.

    Voyager: Starscream (Earth), Grapple

Crossing my fingers for an Armada Starscream or another alternate-universe version of him, but he'll probably just be an F-15 remold of the Siege tetrajet.

Leader: Optimus Prime w/trailer, second Leader (maybe the armored car @catz mentioned?)

A very Autobot-heavy wave, even compared to the first wave of Siege. Hope there's more Decepticons in Wave 2 to balance this out.

Chances are the deluxe waves are going to be pretty Autobot heavy, especially if they're going to be sunbow influenced. Other than Runamuck/Runabout and maybe scourge there aren't too many small decepticons left. Coneheads, blitzwing, Cyclonus, Snapdragon all voyagers+
