Actually, to clarify, that should say slightly taller and slightly WIDER. They're about the same mass, Prime just has some of that hanging off his back.

i live in the uk and i got this and it cost £23.34 (normally £15 when it first comes out but what can you expect from a pre release and shipping from hong kong) cant wait for this to arrive through my letterbox

 

yeah his proportions are a lot better than i thought they would be. he will be bought on site, and will replace my classics megatron.  

 

Yeah, just ordered mine too - it came to $40 aussie dollars, and in store its $25 for a deluxe, so I'm paying $15 to get it early - I don't mind.  

 

I am very, VERY much looking forward to this guy.

 

Peaugh, can you do a side-by-side photo with WFC Megatron and Classics/Henkei Optimus?

No prob. I really like this figure. Especialy the fusion cannon. I'm thinking of getting him for my CHUG Megatron.

 

I wish they were just a hair closer to the same height, but it's not a deal breaker. He'll still look cooler with most of my 'Cons.

 

Damn, he's short I almost want to call him Mini-Megs. But still he's an impressive figure.

After seeing other pics..man, he's taller than Classics Starscream, but short than Optimus Prime. Still I dig him.

 

I think it would not be too difficult to mod both prime and megs to hld each others guns. Dremmel a hole in Megatrons square peg. Then build a handle with a Sqare peg like Megatrons to fit into Megatrons Gun at one end and Primes fourarm at the other end.

I got this delivered from Robot Kingdom last Monday, unbelievably before Peaugh could review it! That must be a first!

In hand, generations megatron is far more impressive than it appears in photographs. Much better than generations optimus.

 

Yeah, I agree with you. The wings on Classics/Henkei Megs were an eye-sore for me. I prefer this Megs and he looks pretty stream-lined.

 

I removed the pin and took off the wings from my Classics Megatron - no biggie. Look forward to picking up WFC Megatron though. Good scale there with Classics Starscream.
