Having said that though, Battle Chargers. Mainly because the others are WAY too expensive.

 

Curious choice of characters. Insecticons are definitely legend class figures. I think you could argue deluxe or legends for the Battlechargers or Sharkticons. Needlenose is definitely a deluxe class figure.

I think I'm going to sell my vote. I have reasonable versions of every one of these characters (the only flaw I see with the FunPub Battlechargers is how much they look like Wheeljack, but I expect to replace my Wheeljack soon, so . . . )

i just got the funpub battlechargers and am pretty happy with them, gnaw could work as a deluxe but as is im happy with the legends, insecticons are all good. only one i dont have is needlenose and im partial to targetmasters

I wouldn't mind having a deluxe class Gnaw or Schrapnel. having these guys the same size as Seige Brunt or Refraktor would be pretty awesome. I have the Fanprojects insecticons and love every min of them!!

 

Will pass on Gnaw and Skrapnel, there recent CHUGs are perfectly good for at least the next decade.

Now Needlenose, that’s different. He’s long overdue a wide retail release or even a Selects option.

Pretty sure that the character art for the TCG game card of him is a tetrajet like Starscream, so it probably would be. I'd want a new mold too though, so I'm with you.

 

That’s just art. There’s no designing until the vote is complete...supposedly. Who knows since he was on the fan vote last year they probably already have a design made for him.

Gnaw just seems pointless. That’s TR is just perfect.

I don’t know how to feel about runamuck and runabout but that’s coz I dipped in for the TFCC ones but a retail release would be nice I suppose. Skrapnal is just weird. I don’t think we need another 4 year span to get all three insecticons again.

 

Fan vote characters are almost always deluxe (exceptions being combiner or titan) and the only time it wasn’t a new mold was victorion. Fan vote characters also usually don’t span several size classes. Keeping that in mind, legends aren’t currently a thing so these are likely all deluxes

 

Characters you don’t care about

 

I'd say it would be rather pointless to tie the TCG with the toyline and have the art different than the figure. They're keeping pretty true to the toyline with the cards. I'd guess they have a mock up already done, just in case he's picked.
