Condition isn't too big of an issue - I'd prefer that his joints be tight, but he doesn't need to be complete. As long as he's got all his limbs (and the little doors on his knees) it's cool.

I figure these guys are in hot demand because everyone wants to make a Devastator, but I've got something else in mind that I need one for. LMK.
