I've dealt with them once - selling a bunch of items to them. Very communicative, and normally pretty quick. I'm in emails with them now about selling to them again. Plan to actually buy something this time. :)

BBTS isn't the cheapest, but they are good. I've had only one problem out of the thousands of dollars worth of TF's I've ordered. My vintage graded Car Robot's Gigatron had large patches of chrome paint that had flaked off. Apart from that they have been perfect.

Bottom line: (in a bad, good, better, best setup)

Best communication. (Though a phone number would be a plus.)
Best customer service. (Fast, polite, and strictly professional top to bottom.)
Best handling. (Figure packs are next to perfect. The level of protection is top notch.)
Better range of products and amounts of said product. (It's *usually* in stock with BBTS.)
Good shipping. (The POL option saves money, plus UPS isn't too outrageous.)
Bad pricing. (Some of their prices are terrible. You CAN find it cheaper, most likely.)

All in all, you're going to pay more, and the shipping will be a bit more expensive than the competition (though UPS is reliable) but they make up for it with their service, and generally short shipping times. (Once in while they drag their feet for a couple of days.)

    Recommended.

My only complaint is the ridiculous shipping prices. Then again, I live all the way in the Netherlands, so I doubt you will have the same problem if you live in the United States. Except from that, I have had no problems.

I really like BBTS. I have never had a problem with them, their grading system seems pretty accurate on their vintage and used figures and their shipping is reliable and fast.

I would say go for it!

That said, they can be a bit pricey on things you can find at retail so if it's something new and in stores, buy it there. If it's something Japanese, I'd say go with them or, alternately, TF Source.

That's true, is mostly the box size >-<

Also don't be surrprised if you get a gigantic box, when I got my order it came in a gigantic box, my sister was surprised (in a bad way) 'cause she belived I became crazy and brought tons of toys, but the half of the box was just bubblebag :sly2:

I highly recommend them and TF Source. Their prices might be a bit high at times, but their high customer service and extremely fast shipping makes up for it.

Use them all the time and the loot feature rocks.:thumb

    Yes,

they might be a little more but it beats getting stuff in a crushed box with no padding like HTS or TRU.

Spent about $2000 or so since 2005....you will not be disappointed. I would only buy from them & TFsource.

BBTS is a great company. Easy to work with, no problems. They ship things out as soon as possible. Prices are alright.

    Ebay:
They may be a little pricey, but their customer service is just top notch. I had a problem with one of my figures one time and they just replaced it for me! I was even willing to send the problematic figure back, but they said it was ok.
