One of the best, and I've yet to hear of any problems. The same goes for any of the online retailers linked to in the animated links above the forums.

Everytime I've ordered from them takes approx. 3-4 days to get from Eagan,MN to Southern IL where I live. There shipping and packaging is second only to TFsource IMO. Definitely a top notch operation!!

Yep, probably one of the best online toy stores there is. TF Source is also very good but not quite as easy to order and pre-order with.

Anyway do not hesitate to order from BBTS.

A bit pricey, but considering that my options/availability is slim to none where i live, i can live with that.
other than that, service is top notch and nigh unbeatable.

I've bought from them multiple times - both new and second-hand items - and I've never had a single problem with them. Very reliable.

They are A+ all around. I ordered a City Commander from them and it arrived with a broken head/Torso. Even after it was long sold-out they replaced it for me asap.

    great prices?
only when stuff is on clearance.

they have absolutely ******ED prices for stuff. the amount they overcharge can hit 10-20 dollars over other stores. sometimes more. rarely less.

I suggest only buying from them if the merchandise is on clearance, or you cant find it at any other reputable store.

they're good people, the service is great, but they overcharge on damn near everything.

I like their prices for vintage g1 figures. I would recommend them if you like placeing large orders: Ultimately the pile of loot will save you shipping.

BBTS is expensive, but they are reliable. They have a good system for preorders and combining shipping costs (pile of loot). I once had a problem when one of my items arrived damaged, but BBTS was prompt to respond and gave me store credit for the difference. As mentioned above, definitely take advantage of clearance items and take advantage of the pile of loot.

....but yeah, BBTS is trustworthy, sometimes pricey but you can't beat their pre-order process and customer service.

I love BBTS. I order all of my TF's from them and TFSource that aren't available in local stores.

Prices are steep, but that is expected for imports from Japan.

They are one of 3 websites that I do my online TF shopping. As mentioned before, they can be a tad steep with their prices but they are reliable. I love their Pile of Loot option.

Never dealt with a better business yet. Thankfully, haven't gotten any damaged products, or any issues (other than uni sideswipe's backward hands - which wasn't even worth returning), but from my questions i've asked regarding their pile of loot function, their customer service appears to be very good and responsive. Yup, definitely pricier than some other places, but the way their site is organized is WORLDS better than places like entertainment earth (where i can never find anything). I just love the format. Too bad their sale items aren't sorted in a better way - i.e. by line (TF, gi Joe, etc.). Overall, just great.

Be glad you're in the US. The shipping is killer if it's international. But there's generally more Bubble wrap than necessary, and i haven't had a problem.

great spot to buy, except like others said, they can be a TAD over priced... like that g1 optimus prime cap, *nothing but just the cab* they had priced for $50... a while back.

it was weird, since they had a 100% complete g1 prime too, not too long ago, for $60...

it's like they look up the "value" of the toy, and not realize what it is really worth, with out the parts. and just give it the price of what it's worth with the parts, even if it has no parts.

i've seen that example given to the targetmasters all the time, targetmasters generally are not worth much by themselves, not with out the targetmaster themselves, yet with the masters they are pricey. and they'd sell an incomplete targetmaster *just the transformer itself, no targetmaster* for the price of a complete one.

like example they once had a cyclonus i believe, that they were selling for $100, with no targetmaster, while in reality an incomplete cyclonus would be worth about $30, maybe?

so in other words, they have great service, and what not, they just tend to not be all informed on what they are selling.

like they have listed a action master prime, complete as a power master prime once.

i was tempted to buy it, but i feared receiving a power master prime instead... :lol
