Looking for an artist who can pencil and color artwork for a personalized comic.
Commission would be on a page by page basis.

Payment would be discussed and paid upfront before each new page.

 

Depends on what you're looking for; how many pages and what amount of detail you're hoping for in a panel are good things to know in advance.
