Want to have a taller lockdown? Well now you can! (BETTER IMAGES)

Hello, i have heard a lot of people say that lockdown needs to be in scale with evasion optimus prime , with this rather simple add on tutorial you can have him be exactly that! ( if not very close)

    This is what you need:

1 lego umbrella stand / handle bar - colour doesn't matter

    1 pair of plyers

    1 pair of wire cutters

Construct bots lockdown arms, legs and feet

    A stanley knife

Deluxe lockdown (nothing has to be done to the figure)

    Step 1:
Cut the lego pole with a pair of wire cutters and with the plyers, flatten each end so that one is diagonal and the other is horizontal

    Step 2:
Put the dino rider pieces together in the order of feet, knee and thigh so that the ball socket is facing forwards and the dino rider arm can clip onto the back

    Step 3:
With a stanley knife, cut a hole into one of the dino rider lockdown's arms so the peg on the back of deluxe lockdown's can fit into it (easy to see in picture 3)

    Step 4:
Slide the snipped lego pole into dino rider lockdown's un-modded arm

    Step 5:
Rotate deluxe lockdown's feet so they are facing downwards

    Step 6:
Slide the other end of the snipped lego piece into the peg hole in the back of deluxe lockdown's leg and cover one of his toes with the construct bot lockdown's kneecap, the exposed toe should be facing inwards

Step 7: put deluxe lockdown's leg peg into the modded hole in the back of the dino rider lockdown's arm and cover the toe with the dino rider's kneecap with the exposed toe facing inwards

Here's a quick pointer for making a modding tutorial: TAKE GOOD PHOTOS.

The quality of these photographs is abysmal. Nobody could follow your instructions based on them. Whatever that "Lego thing" is, all I see is a white stick devoid of details.

Also, it's a simple matter to place multiple images in your opening post. Posting each image individually only suggests that you're trying to "pad" the reply count on this thread.

If it were me, i wouldn't chance it, all i did was try my best to carve out a suitable hole with one of these:

Interesting that his arms are as long as Evasion prime's. Cool mod but I'd agree that you maybe made him too long.

If you're referring to the deluxe, it still transforms, you just have to take off the attachments

And if you're referring to the dino rider, the transformation is fine on that too :)

Do you think it'd be possible to use this mod and have him a tad shorter? Like, is there a place to shave off part of the DinoRider's leg piece and still have this work?

Just wanted to ask before going out and spending $$ for the pieces. :)
