Spotted in Owensboro Ky. Good for those still looking for wave 2 deluxes.

 

I think my store got one of these off of the truck today, I'm excited

 

I'm still beating myself for buying the Wave 2 Deluxes for 20 bucks when i could of waited a month and gotten them for 10.  

 

Saw a few of these cases on the pegs at a few Walmarts today in Orlando. It looks like a revision wave, however, since it was clear it was a fresh case, but only contained wave 1, Highbrow and Chromedome. Weirdwolf and Mindwipe were nowhere to be seen.

 

Yeah, I saw this too, tried to take a pic, if it wasnt for the hoard of Chinese tourists in front of the Hot Wheels section

 

Damn, that display looks awesome!

Sure I have these guys already, but a display like this still makes me smile.  

 

Neat, though an assortment of wave 2/3, or 1/2/3, would be neater.

 

Ah. I was wondering why one of my local WalMarts had MORE THAN FIVE DOZEN Wave 1/2 Deluxes on the pegs (and the shelf, and one on the floor) yesterday. Apparently, they didn't have the spare room for one of the displays....

(And I don't remember if I saw any Mindwipe, but I don't recall any yellow, so it looks like these are indeed the revision case.)

 

hoping my walmart doesn't get it, because they've been warming the shelves. no one likes them in my area apparently......

 

Also of note: Pretty much every Walmart, at least in Texas, got a case or two of Wave 3 yesterday morning.

 

Here's hoping that I find wave 3 this weekend.

Target got a massive restock in the Houston area. probably wave 2 again. I haven't seen that display, yet.

 

Guess it explains why one of my local Wal Mart's had pegs full of Hot Rods on Monday

 

I just noticed there's no Weirdwolf or Mindwipe figures in that display.

I wonder why.

...because everyone would rather have more of the Wave 1 guys who have been pegwarming forever instead of a wolf or bat, apparently.

I feel your pain; but, really, there was no way to have anticipated that prices would drop this low on this wave...or that you would have been able to find all of them for this price.

No reason for us to beat ourselves up over paying what we thought was a fair price at the time...

But...yeah...

 

Id say it bodes well for Transformers in general seeing walmart investing in such a big order... somebody must be buying them.. and not just us old folks!
