I don't recall seeing Scrapface either. Hotlink was supposed to have some sort of funny bit that didn't happen either.

It was a letdown that Scrapface, Hotlink, and Decepticon Mirage was insignificant in the show.

 

To be fair, "blink and you miss it" figures are nothing new. Just ask anyone who's fun of the movies, especially aha. I don't mind having Hotlink and Scrapface as generic Decepticon foot soldiers (so long we do eventually get a Netflix Starscream too at least... which I'm guessing will be in the more Earthrise-heavy waves). And Decepticon-Disguise Mirage at least isn't made 90% of brittle clear plastic and looks really cool so... there's that.

 

Everything about the NF line suggests to me that it wasn’t really planned from the outside during the development of the show. This is a classic example of Walmart saying “whatcha got?” at a fairly late stage and Hasbro bullshitting something together. Wave 2 is even worse with the inclusion of toys that are clearly supposed to be part of Earthrise and not Siege.

 

The Netflix line has no distinction between Siege and Earthrise, that's why it's branded War For Cybertron Trilogy on the boxes with the Siege branding nowhere to be found.

 

He probably has connections in Singapore.

 

Pretty sure they even described wave 2 as a bit of a transitional wave between Siege and Earthrise, with Prime, Bumblebee and Soundwave having earth modes.

I don’t think you’re annoying. I love you man. But you’re just so consistent with this stuff, it’s hilarious.

 

People consistently ignore details, speculation and discussion can be woefully misinformed if people only zero in on certain things rather than taking in the information as a whole. I despise misinformation (not saying you were misinforming people), so me pointing out that there is no Netflix Siege line is me clarifying a potential point of misinformation. If I'm consistent, it's in part because people on these boards are consistently willfully ignorant and like to only look at details that support their personal theories rather than looking at everything. Hell there's even been a few times where I've admitted to being wrong on my interpretation of things, after more information came out
