It's a reissue line so I doubt we're going to see any new figures here unless they're repaints or minor remolds. I think reissues of the Decepticon target masters makes more sense.

 

This is what I'm hoping for as well. Whether it has been fixed or not, I'm tempted to still get the retro Wierdwolf figure as a backup in case my Hasbro TR version's canopy eventually breaks off.

 

Rumor has it that Skullcruncher’s hips are fixed so I could see WW getting the fix too.

So great seeing the original names on these guys. WW’s original head is one of the best looking head sculpts around so he is very tempting but I can’t get past his odd proportions.

 

doubtful it'll happen, but i would love to see tr Windblade get done in this line. as a way of retconning Windblade into g1. and getting her some fancy retro box art for the trouble

 

Would love to see if the other characters like the target masters who turned into head masters (misfire, triggerhappy, slugslinger, etc.) Get released in this line

That would be the best! Plus there’s the Hot Rod mold that never got an official repaint that is just begging to be Minerva.

 

I was going to say pretty much the exact same thing. A new cockpit Weirdwolf = purchase.

 

I just came to a realization....if Hasbro puts out more figures in the retro packaging, I'll be picking them up even if I already have them.

This could be a baaaaddddd thing....

 

When she got revealed at Hascon, I was hoping that they might use the TR Arcee remould of Blurr for Minerva, I'd still bite on your version though if it happened, though I've alway suspected the designed-in secondary use for the TR Hot Rod bod was likely Pointblank given the moulded detailing of the car cockpit canopy is almost exactly his G1 design (and Hot Rod's own canopy details were done mostly with the paint over it).

I don’t think Hot Rod or Blurr would work for Minerva.

 

That could work if not for Chromedome having zero physical similarities to Minerva. I just I figured we moved past random colors of characters slapped onto random molds. Even if that can be fun at times (a lot of the movieverse repaints) However I think with wfc (as a model for the whole company) Hasbro is going for actual physical representation of the character to match.

yanno, with some clever retooling, Hasbro/Walmart could get 2 more waves outta this line by making the Headmaster jrs.
