Red Alert is lookin pretty alright, there. Can you explain a bit about what you've done so far (types of paints, any helpful figure notes)? Your title says it's a work in progress - what do you plan to add yet? ~Z
I concur, looks more like a Red Alert and it's looking pretty sweet. I'm diggin' the chainsaw gun. The paint looks pretty smooth and crisp. The red 'horns/ears' are a little off for this fig. I'd maybe find a way to shorten them a little bit.
Nah dude, the title is something that Red Alert would be thinking. "Inferno wants my job..!" - Alert is one paranoid mofo. If he was humanized in that g1 episode Only Human everyone would've thought he was high. Dude is that paranoid. I think he's a security officer because watching all the cameras make him feel safe. Then again I wouldn't doubt if eventually he thought cameras were watching him. ~Z
This is areally great custom, nice paint apps. and awsome details. That being said, i'm not really feelin this mould as Red Alert.
i feel you... but i work from a cartoon reality, the G1 toy,& partly real reality....in the g1 cartoon dudes little ear things would light up red when he sensed trouble or danger.. and he's over alert so they always go off.
you have to dare to be differant some times...not follow the obvious path..and thanks i just like red and will jump on any oppertunty to make him, even if it is a stretch.
