So, it's June now, and I've been eagerly awaiting the new bracket tournament for the smaller Transformers (non-gestalts).

Is this still going to happen? Does the progenitor of the tournament need some help?

We have enough pointless spam threads already with the "Who Comes to Mind?" and "Favorite Transformers of the Day" ones. Do we really need another series of threads about people saying Transformer names?

 

This thread has nothing to do with people posting their favorite Transformer names.

A few months ago, one of the board members (his name escapes me) created a bracket tournament in lieu of March Madness. This bracket tournament was seeding with various Transformers where a post was made and the members voted and discussed which one would win in a fight. In the last Tournament, the finals came down to Metroplex and Omega Supreme. Metroplex won.

The original poster had mentioned creating a new tournament specifically for non-gestalt Transformers and I was posting to see if there was an update on the project or if that member needed any assistance.

 

I was wondering about it too my good man! It was great fun. I miss Smog and the Klingon...

 

... but only when they agree with me.

 

It was Optimus Solo who ran the tournament. I had a great amount of fun with that and have been waiting for the next tourney.

Allright now that school is out for most (me especially) I think its time!!!!

I wanted to give everyone a little break and I have been getting swept up with my co-host duties on ToonCast from the GeekCastRadio network. But don't fret folks, the Tournament is ready to go and will be unleashed very very soon!!!

Just so you are all aware, I just got the ok from the mods and the 2nd Tournament will be coming THIS WEEK!! - I will post an official message in the next couple of days!! Start spreading the word  

 

I'm pissed that a lot of people knocked him for the poll's. Even the mod's got iffy.
He's probably hesitant now about posting one! I just want to see the City Bots and Combiners/Gestalts take it on.
