just ordered this guy yesterday from bababobo00712, also ordered Hegemon from BBTS, so excited!

 

Got this guy for a week. I wasn't sure he would fit my collection but having him in hand just changed it all. Since he's almost Optimus Prime G1 size, he's sort of a wonderful unofficial tribute to the original figure. Having them side by side is something very special. BTW I didn't notice any sign of QC trouble so far.

 

ill ask again, does this guys matrix fit inside mp-28s chamber?

 

If you can remove the bicep joint you could probably lightly sand the mushroom peg enough to make it move it easier. No idea what else you can do about the pin, though if the lubricant doesn't cause any problems with the plastic it would certainly help.
I haven't noticed any stress marks on mine after a month of owning it, mine also doesn't have that problem with the neck screw killing upward head tilt so it might be because it's possibly a newer production with some issues fixed.

 

I haven't been in this thread for ages, what's the deal with qc issues?

I had set up a deal for members for $55 free shipping and went through many figures and only had like 2 qc issues. One was bc a figure was shipped loose and likely broke during shipping . Another had the front bumper missing or something .

My supplier took care if both those issues super fast, but they were like 2 random cases out of many. I've opened up and played with 3 personally without issue.

Sorry to hear if some of you are having issues. I can probably still get some if there are some very late adopters lurking about . . Heh

 

heard from my seller of rumours that Ultra Magnus is in the making. It may be made before the trailer.

 

I had mine from you and the front bumper snapped off with very little pressure. The pins which hold the two joints in place are quite stiff and the plastic is quite soft. It's all glued back together but not sure it will last for ever. Two others on this thread had the same problem

I have some minor paint flaking on the diecast legs but besides that all else is good.

Thankfully mine has no qc issues. I've had mine for over a month and transformed it several times, no stress marks, paint chips, breaks, nothing. This is a great figure, just wished they ditched the die cast

 

Same here, no issues with this awesome figure. Quality of mine is 100%

 

Apologies if this has been discussed, but does anyone know if there are any plans for further MP KO’s at voyager size? I’m really in the market for an Inferno.

Comes recommended in the forum and i just picked up soar from him. It arrived within 2 weeks, well packed. His prices aren't the lowest, but they are very reasonable and he seems reliable. I believe mp10v was around 55 or so. If not wasn't rubadubspawn offering to get more for the group buy a page or two back?

 

Not sure if many US sellers have them as they are KO's and the usual places don't always like to muddy the waters like that.

There are plenty of ebay sellers recommended, TF Direct probably has it, my supplier has em for $55 shipped. I didn't exactly do a group buy - I just partnered with a supplier, got a good deal, and then shared it with everyone. I think the initial price was like $50 shipped which I thought was pretty sweet. I know it made alot of members happy lol... Who doesn't want cheap, fun toys?

If you want to only buy from a seller in the US, probably just check out ebay for a US second hand seller or the BST threads.

Thats who I got mine from as I have dealt with him in the past. You will he happy. Worth the price and I too would like more ko voyager size masterpieces. Soundwave, grimlock, Megatron v.2. Yeah, I know, might be too early for megatron as the official version is not even out yet

 

Mine finally came in today, and man, oh MAN is he sweet. It makes me glad now that I never got the original MP-10, and instead ended up getting the YOTH Platinum Version, because of the striking paint-differences. Makes for nice shelf-contrast  

Also, no QC issues I've found with mine.







And once the paint is dry, he'll have an awesome rifle. Already test-fitted!
