We were told there would be 11 Voyagers in the ROTF line, and we can list 11 Voyagers (not including exclusives like Skywarp, Ramjet, or Whirl). I sincerely doubt there will be. And hope there won't be - I don't need a downgrade if I'm getting the Leader.
I hope we do, but I can't see it happening anytime this year. Though the line will most likely continue on threw at least half of next year, so there will be plenty of time then for them to give us a Voyager Jetfire. That way they can have plenty of time between it's release and the Leader version. I just hope they announce it at either Botcon or SDCC this year. (preferably Botcon, as it's sooner ). If I can, I'd honestly rather get Voyager class versions of Prime, Megatron, and Jetfire, instead of the Leader versions. At the same time I can easily imagine myself owning the new Leader Prime mold eventually anyways, though if I get Voyager Prime, I'll wait to get a repaint of the Leader version. It's hard to say if they will make him or not, but I think he has a good chance. All the other Leader class Movie figures have had smaller main-line molds of the same design, mostly Voyagers, except for Brawl who got a Deluxe, so I'm hoping Jetfire is the same, and Gets a Voyager like Prime and Megatron have. The 11 Voyagers are for this year, we've still got next year to look forwards too. Also, for all we know the numbers we got were wrong. Hasbro already came out and said the numbers they had for Universe were inaccurate, and that they were outdated numbers. Same thing could have been true for the RotF line numbers.
I hope so too, but I think Hasbro will mess up the colours again, just like the Leader and Movie Replicas versions =S
Indeed. Money's tight, so I hope Voyager Jetfire comes to fruition. Voyager Megs looks awesome, and, yes, I too am sold on Leader Prime.
Considering that they want the line to continue into 2010, I can see a Voyager Jetfire somewhere down the line. All of the characters in the movie have at least one mold out this year and I can't see Hasbro only wanting to sell new expanded universe characters next years (after all they don't sell as well). This is the same logic for additional Leader molds.
