Overlord was technically a base/Titan in toy and making him pretty big would fit kind of well with his IDW portrayal so why not him as a vote? He would probably lose to be fair though.

Out of the ones to pick from I think I would go for Scorponock.

In no fiction, including IDW, has he ever been citybot-sized.

 

I think I'd go for Omega. Turning into a space ship a'la TFA.

Scorponok. That botcon figure from a few years ago was not at all satisfying.

Not only that but there is precedence for him being a headmaster as well.

 

Neither have Omega Supreme or Devastator.

Omega Supreme and Devastator have been shown to be that scale next to the other characters. What's off is that the citybots should be even larger than 2 feet tall, but there's nothing we can do about that.

 

I think Scoronok would work better as a Leader class, cause don't they already get a base mode in that line? Also, Fort Max is a Titan class because he has 2 headmasters, one of them being a Deluxe class. Scorponok only has 1. We need Trypticon to counter Metroplex.

Omega Supreme hands down. They stick to that artwork he'd be good amongst MP's too.

...and Overlord is the same height as Devastator in Zone, so Titan Overlord works well enough.

I'd guess this is similar to how Takara did their MP poll, and Hasbro has designs for all of them and theu could be released later down.
That said, I'd love for them all to be made into figures, I think Omega Supreme is the one I really want the most, but I think a Decepticon Titan would be nice. So my vote goes for Trypticon, BECAUSE FUCK YEAH! Although Scorpanok would be welcome as well.
