For the love of all things good and holy, I hope BW Voltron is delayed until all of the QC issues are addressed, I really have no interest in dropping several hundred dollars on something that I may have to send back who knows how many times until I get a good one or at least one that is largely error-free.
unfortunately i doubt the delay has anything to do with QC and more on being on a boat and/or port, and i'm 75% sure we will be seeing the QC issues just bcuz it shipped out about the time people starting getting theirs from closer to the factory locations
Idk doesn't make sense to have the legs on the lions if it doesn't transform though. I mean if you just going for "Voltron" it be better to do the round disc like the Bandai Model Kit Voltron in combined form, then again Titanpower did put the legs on and it didn't transform so there's that too
Hunt back a few pages - We’ve already seen the Dairugger broken up into its constituent vehicles. https://www.tfw2005.com/boards/threads/voltron-toys-discussion-thread.307754/page-692#post-20150230 There’s no way the Go Lion one doesn’t do the same. Pictures of the prototype show hinges in the wings and cat limbs, and Action Toys’ previous offerings in this line all transform when appropriate.
Looks like it'll be a parts former (ie not perfect transformation). But it's probably more because of its size. Dependent on cost I might be on board to getting them. Lol
Their mini-action figures look pretty good to me and are probably about the best bang for your buck in a transforming Voltron. I am curious about how they’ll handle the transformation, though. Dairugger’s submarines look like the tips should be able to push into the bodies of the subs, but based on previous pics, it appeared that the tips might need to be removed.
Either way we entered the world of Goldilocks and the various Voltrons (can't really say 3 as we got quite a selection now ) . This one's too big, this is too small, this one is just right... Can go with cost and size too... Lol
I really don't see why Golion would partsform. The legs all look full sized and folded, unlike the Superminipla. Would be really disappointing if they did and it'd kill my interest.
I’m willing to bet they’ll be handled more or less the same way Bandai handled the SOCs. Perfect transformation for the lions (because that’s the easiest combination design ever), some limited partsforming for the vehicles (albeit more than was required for the SOC, owing to the constraints of that many components in a toy that small). Even the SOC has swappable hands, antennae, and optional head & helicopter bits. Seems like a fair compromise for the VV design, given the size and pricepoint, but I’m totally with you on the lions. No reason that one should have to partsform, though the option to do a legless, clean cartoon variation might be cool.
Yeah, VV at that scale I can understand some parts swapping since there's so much going on. It still blows my mind that Lion Voltron has one of the simplest combinations ever and it's still apparently only something the highest end, most expensive toys can accomplish whilst still providing full articulation. Also what site are those preorders on?
Interesting. Who is this from? I thought at first glance that it was just a repaint of MC Elvis, but it seems to be non-transforming and have quite a few sculpt differences from that figure.
Yes it's titan power. It can't transform/combine. And this is the size comparison with SOC voltron I like mc01 microcosmos voltron. Just wish the lion modes have more neck articulation. If only they made titan power transform/combine. Now for more mc01 voltron pics. Now using a longer sword and almost similar to legendary defender voltron sword. Just for fun. Incase someone ask. The sword is from perfect effect powermaster god ginrai.
