It almost feels like the Koreans are QC testers for Blitzway.

Jeez. Been gone from the forums for some time, only to stop by and see this supersized Voltron, I'm now tempted too get. Not to mention going to have to spend money on a cabinet that it will fit in. I thought I was done collecting for awhile.   

 

I wouldn't recommend it. It sounds like there are a lot of QC issues

 

I've pretty much talked myself out of it thanks to the QC issues. Hopefully they'll have him available again later in the year after they worked everything out and i'll pick one up.

Are all the decent Voltrons expensive? I grew up with the lions that you could put the people in so I'm eventually looking for a voltron similar too it but updated. It looks like any decent ones are like hundreds of dollars...

 

Only 6 Voltrons have pilots. Toynami SD, the 2 Playmates Defenders and Blitzway have static pilots. The old Voltron with clear canopies and Matty CC both have articulated pilots. That said, you're paying late tax on all of these, the first 3 are prob the cheapest of the bunch

I don’t know what your budget is, but the upcoming Action Toys Voltron is probably going to be your best bet for a fun and more easily affordable transformable Voltron. I don’t expect he will have pilots, though.

There is this guy who is available right now. He transforms. He is kind of stylized and he’s only a little over 6 inches tall…but people really seem to like him. Lucky Cat Micro Cosmos CM-01 Elvis Voltron Set of 5

 

yup just got the email today with these release updates but its the first time i've notice it say "1st Run" almost as if its a warning.....

 

i guess the question is......is he looking for a Voltron with pilots first and then we go from there but i do think we've covered every scenario  

 

Yeah, they can call me on the 4th or 5th run. Too many worries with this right now.

 

That’s the tough part. There isn’t a Voltron with pilots that isn’t gonna be hella expensive. I really really wish somebody would push out a set of fully articulated 6” scale pilots.

 

I think it's just the first allocation they ordered not necessarily a first run production. Bluefin/Bandainamco has it for July and given they're the distributor in the US, most likely this won't be happening this month.

 

i think this is one of my deepest desires, i still have to get the

this set as well as the Panosh Voltron, then i might be able to say i'm complete, despite some omissions from Playmates and Mattel with pilots and Voltrons  

only time will tell, but if 1 out of 2 of mines is QC free, well the QC issue one will be lion mode and the QC Free one will be Voltron
