ill probably be doing this to my original black lion as bbts will do the same for me, and is sending me a replacement 1st release black lion. my upper thigh has a scratch so i need to sand it and fix that up, as none of the paints i have match the silver the SOC uses.
Would $300 be a fair asking price if I sold one of my extras? Only used for lion mode display, never transformed/combined.

Best toy ever huh? OK, I can buy that. Still not my favorite but it's hard to argue against the execution. Definitely the best combining SOC I've expereinced.
The most impressive part for me is that he does all of that other stuff very well while also being one heavy sumbitch.
It's odd that both are made by the same company yet look worlds different, somehow. Also a little ironic, considering one looks somewhat cartoonish while the other is actually from a cartoon. Yeah, it's roughly PR2010/Legacy mold size. Slightly bigger but not by much.
Absolutely. There are Super Robot items I definitely like a lot better than it but there are less than a handful I'd say are done better. Not really; they're both pretty slavish to two different mecha that look nothing alike. If you put SoC Voltron next to GodMars you'd say the same thing. If they did look alike or take design cues to the point where it's a "tell" that they're done by the same designer there'd be a problem since the SoC line isn't about significant stylization. ------------ Really wishing my second would ship from TFS.
