Arms are bad but at least it's still "giving" and not "taking". just something about that picture and the position and look of the face of the blue lion says ughhhh!
That's fantastic. How many pieces is that? I'm just wondering if it'll pass through LEGO Ideas' new piece-count rule because I would DEFINITELY vote for that.
Are you seeing the $250-$350 Valkyries that I see? What did the 1:100 partsforming Hi-Metals run, about $80 for the 3 minutes they were up for preorder? Last time Bandai's Macross stuff was anywhere near reasonable was when they were reissuing Takatokus. When I can get MP Bluestreak for $40-$50, yeah, I think Bandai's a little on the overpriced side.
There's going to be a panel for Voltron Legendary Defender at this year's SDCC so hopefully we'll see some sneak peeks for the toyline next year.
Oh, I see now. You 'shopped the larger Voltron bust's face onto the smaller Voltron. Does it actually have a real face of any kind?
From his Ideas page description it seems he intends it to be a sticker or a print: Which is fair enough at this scale. It's not really possible to add the amount of detail and still keep it at the size it's at.
Yeah, can't wait for that Sorry for the late reply It doesn't really have a face (some form of silhouette though). Due to its size, I had to compromise using a sticker as seen in the last pic which shows the real model. Am also planning to have the Bust face as the sticker print as it seem to go well with it
Just sharing another pic. Re-creation of one of my fave scenes WARNING - Spoiler http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v165/len_d69/Pile%20HD%20WM_zpsbofiekp4.png
That's the black repaint Ultimate Toynami that we had heard about, yes? It shares some similarities with the Mad Toys designs.
