Tim Curry should totally voice Overlord, when they make a cartoon for it.

^i like how MTMTE is so good we just assume someone is going to make a cartoon of it eventually.

I'd rather have a motion comic. Michael Bell's been pitching one to IDW for so long. How and why wouldn't IDW gain from doing this.

I know this doesn't really count, but I always hear Max Gilardi (Hotdiggedydemon) as Whirl. I seriously don't know why.

Ow, and I hear Gary Oldman as Prowl. Like before, I don't know why.

I hear Daffy Duck when I read Whirl.

But then again, all the people talk in a German accent in my dreams, except for the cow with an Australian accent, so yeah.

So is it weird that I hear Tara Strong when Swerve speaks? I'd really like to know.

    Clancy Brown as Cyclonus
    Judd Nelson as Rodimus
    David Kaye as Grimlock
    Frank Welker as Nautilator
And for another strange thing, I hear Grey Delisle as Red Alert. Feel free to punch me.

For most of them, I don't have concrete voice actor. They have a voice, but it's not one single person.

Ever since someone called Cyclonus a Klingon on The Underbase, I've attached Worf's actor (Michael Dorn?) to him.

Another one I have to give credit to someone else for (I think it might have been earlier in the thread, don't have time to check), but whoever suggested Dark Knight Rise Bane as Tarn is genius.

Other than that, I see Whirl as having a British accent ever since that scene where he played with Rung's eyebrows to make him look "cross". To me, cross is a term I instantly link to British English for some reason.

Oh, and David Hyde-Price for Rung.

Really, is it weird that I have Tara Strong for Swerve, and Grey Delisle for Red Alert.

    Feel free to punch me.

I always heard Overlord as suave sounding Clancy Brown. Someone said Tim Curry, but that doesn't exactly fit...

And yeah, that is kinda weird. I mean, Tara Strong can voice a guy, but Grey Delisle? Nuh-uh. Not the worst thing that's popped up on this site, but still a bit odd.

For some reason whenever I read Tarn's lines I imagined him sounding like General Grevious from the original Clone Wars cartoon.

Explain why? I love Tara to bits but Swerve is the last character i'd expect to here her.

Damn just Damn. If anyone can be repurposed as a girl i'd expect First Aid. I use Tara Strong in her TFA Red Alert voice.

Which one? his first appearance voice (John DiMaggio) or his later appearance voice (Richard McGonagle)?

    1. Pick A: I'm insane, or B:Their is no B, or C: I'm insane, or D: I hear voices in my head.

    2. See above.

I still say Mark Hamill for Tarn.
